 ACT I

SUPER: BOA VISTA, BRAZIL

1 INT. BALDOMERO RANCH - DUSK 1

As the dusk light drains away the mural of John Wayne glows
in the background of the room. WE SEE two kilos of cocaine, a
couple of stacks of money, and a bottle of Barcardi sitting
on a round table. At this table sit three members of what's
known as the Cedillio Cartel's LA COMISIÓN: FLORIPA, a Regio
and Capos, who oversees security. Next to him sits NORTENO, a
Regio who oversees the Northern region of Brazil ( Acre,
Amapá,and the Amazonas). To his left is DEL VALLE,a REGIO who
oversees the Paraíba Valley in Brazil.
The men sit drinking and talking as Baldomero, one Chefe of
the Cedillio cartel enters. The idyllic mood shifts as the
bloodletting is about to begin.
Baldomero takes out his gun and takes a seat at the table as
Norteno pours drinks. Baldomero addresses the group--
BALDOMERO
(speaking Portuguese)
Welcome the reason I wanted you
here is this, I have a plan to
present to you so I can decide on
it. I want to hear each one of your
opinions.
(sighs)
I have to help my niece she is my
family, a matter of blood and I'll
help her. To do that I have an
opportunity to enter into Texas
right now.
DEL VALLE
(speaking Spanish)
What the fuck! How can we do this!
NORTENO
(speaking Spanish)
It's Osuna territory! Texas is hard
to get into.
Short Beat.

NORTENO (CONT'D)
(speaking Spanish to
Floripa)
What about security?
FLORIPA
(speaking Portuguese)
I need at least a week to get a
team ready.
BALDOMERO
(speaking Portuguese)
Listen very well, the opportunity
is now.We don't have a week.
(to Norteno)
I understand your concern with the
Osuna's.
DEL VALLE
(interrupts; speaking
Spanish)
It's hard for us.
BALDOMERO
(speaking Portuguese)
I understand the worry about the
banker. Again listen well, it's a
golden opportunity.
Short beat.
BALDOMERO (CONT'D)
(speaking
Portuguese;pointing)
Let me ask you, when did I ever lie
to you?
FLORIPA
(speaking Portuguese)
That's not it boss.
BALDOMERO
(irritated;speaking
Portuguese)
When have I ever not kept my word
to you?
Tension. Baldomero peers at each of them and speaks--
BALDOMERO (CONT'D)
(speaking Portuguese)
Have I?

FLORIPA
(speaking Portuguese)
Never, but that's not the point. I
don't have a team ready.
BALDOMERO
(speaking Portuguese)
Let me finish. We have a truck and
I'll sit up front in truck--
(turns to Florpia)
You go in the back as security with
the cargo. And you two--
(to Del Valle and Norteno)
--follow behind in a separate car.
We will all be well armed. It's
going to be fast. Everything is
already set up at the border. We
enter make the payment and that's
it. That's the plan. No one else
knows we're going. That's the
opportunity to get the cargo into
Texas. It's now. I'm counting on
you.
NORTENO
(to Del Valle; speaking
Spanish)
How do you see it?
DEL VALLE
(speaking Spanish)
And the banker? What happens with
her?
BALDOMERO
(to Norteno;speaking
Portuguese)
Did you understand me well?
(to Del Valle )
Did you understand me well? Are you
with me or not?
NORTENO
(speaking Spanish)
Yes.
DEL VALLE
I'm with you.
BALDOMERO
(speaking Portuguese)
Floripa?

BALDOMERO

(speaking Spanish)

The group grabs their glasses and share a toast--

FLORIPA/BALDOMERO (CONT'D) DEL VALLE/NORTENO

(speaking Portuguese) (speaking Spanish)

Florpia grabs a duffle bag and places the money and drugs
inside. He zips up the bag, the group rises up from the table
and exits.
BALDOMERO (CONT'D)
(speaking Portuguese)
I'm going to enter Texas with
everything I have.

2 EXT . BALDOMERO RANCH - DUSK 2

A Black SUV sits outside the gate of the ranch house.
Baldomero and his men exit the house. While walking Baldomero
produces his cellphone and dials a number. His men enter the
vehicle he makes a call--
MEGAN (V.O.)
Tío.
BALDOMERO
(into phone speaking
Portuguese)
(MORE)

BALDOMERO (CONT'D)
Mija it's done. Let those assholes
know their order is on the way.
Tell the banker the Cedillio cartel
needs her attention...now.

Baldomero ends the call and enters the SUV.

BALDOMERO (CONT'D)
(speaking Portuguese)
Let's go.

3 EXT . PATIO - MORNING 3

Solomon enters the patio area. He looks around at the patrons
and then takes a seat at a table in the corner. A waiter
approaches--
WAITER
Would you like something to drink?
SOLOMON
Coffee.
A beat.
The waiter brings the coffee as Solomon lights a cigerette
and begins looking through the package that Callista gave
him.

The East Siberian Sea, Chukchi Sea, Bering Sea, and Sea of
Okhotsk.

SOLOMON (CONT'D)
(reading to himself)
*INTERCUT WITH CORRESPONDING SCENES*
" Tereza meets with a woman in the Osuna Cartel to discuss
the transport of people and drugs from Mexico to Russia and
Europe. She is called the Accountant."

" Megan Terkes is being blackmailed by the local city and

state officials in Texas. The Mayor, City Attorneys, and also
the Lieutenant Governor. They know she is Judge Love's
girlfriend. They are making her a liaison between themselves
and Rob to purchase women, men, and children for sex. I met
her at the casino."
" I found out that Rob has a video of the Mayor, city counsel
members, and the Lt. Governor having sex with women,
children, and men who are being trafficked. Some of them have
never been seen again. Rob keeps the videos in a black metal
case at his apartment on the North side. He keeps the victims
passports and mine in a book safe there."
" The trafficking network is large. From what I know, victims
from Russia, Europe, and Sweden are trafficked and
transported from Europe into Mexico. From Mexico they
transported and trafficked by the Osuna cartel into the
United States and Canada. Victims are ordered through online
dating sites connected to the cartel and the Russians. Once
they are delivered here they are divided up and taken to the
Vixen strip club, the Casino, or forced to prostitute at
hotels. Some victims are given to the Sidewinders MC. The
Sidewinders are Rob's muscle who escort and protect the
ground shipments from Mexico."
Solomon sets the notepad aside and takes out a folder that
contains Sabrina's medical examiner's report. He reads it...
INSERT - SABRINA'S MEDICAL EXAMINER'S REPORT:
" The victim was injected with Chloral Hydrate. The perp
injected this into the victim's body through her neck
indicated by the wheel mark located there. The victim was
tortured, beaten, and mutilated. Her tongue was removed, but
she was not sexually assaulted. There was no blood and the
crime scene was clean, just like the body. The victim's body
had been washed.--the perpetrator is a psycho sexual sadist
who's fulfilling some sort of fantasy. The victim was a prop
like in a movie and there's no indication of empathy or
hesitation."
Solomon takes this in thinking--
He starts to call Lily, but he hesitates. Solomon decides not
to and gathers his things and leaves.

SUPER: FORT WORTH, TEXAS

4 EXT. STREET FORT WORTH, TEXAS - AFTERNOON 4

Beams of light reflect off the giant skyscapers that are
etched into the visual lullaby of the city. In the distance
WE SEE a white Model 3 Tesla approaching. It pulls up to the
curb and stops.

5 EXT. WHITE TESLA - AFTERNOON 5

The driver side door opens and Black stilettos gently touch
the pavement. The bronze glow from the beautiful toned legs
with a slight divot in them compliment the sylph like
sculpted figure that exits. Her vulcanite-brown hair flows
over her shoulders as she approaches the salon door.

6 INT. LUXURY HAIR SALON - AFTERNOON 6

It's a chic space full of personality with vintage world
class chandeliers that sparkle. The water is infused with
lemon and cucumber; shelves brim with high end products that
are offered at a hefty price tag.
*Series of shots*
- Chandeliers hang from the ceiling.
- The hair salon is empty for this appointment.
- A receptionist stands waiting.
The sylph like figure enters as the receptionist brings her
something to drink. This is MONTGOMERY LAURENT, (30's) the
daughter of Stewart Laurent. Her beauty is breathe taking and
her vulcanite-brown hair accentuates her dazzling virile
brown eyes. She is the heir to the Laurent's global banking
empire and their criminal syndicate. The receptionist greets
her and takes her to her stylist.
SALON RECEPTIONIST
Hello Ms. Laurent. Right this way.

7 INT. LUXURY HAIR SALON - HALLWAY - AFTERNOON 7

Montgomery and the receptionist cross over to the private
stylist station.

8 INT. LUXURY HAIR SALON - STYLIST STATION - AFTERNOON 8

Montgomery is seated as the stylist stands waiting. The
stylist begins working on Montgomery's hair.

After a few minutes Montgomery's phone rings. She looks at it

and gestures for the stylist to leave. She answers.
*INTERCUT AS NECESSARY*
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
Hello Alison.
On the other side of this phone call is ALISON CAINE, late
(20's), is a financial advisor at the Pan American Investment
Bank in Mexico. Unbeknownst to Montgomery, Alison Caine is
undercover Human Trafficking Agent, Avril Ozanne.
ALISON (V.O.)
Hello Ms. Laurent. Thank you for
taking my call.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
What may I do for you?
ALISON (V.O.)
My client asked me to speak with
you.It has come to our attention
that your casino has miscalculated
some financial transactions.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone;smiles
slightly)
Miscalculated?
ALISON (V.O.)
Misappropriated eleven million
dollars of my clients funds to be
more precise.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
Uh-huh...
ALISON (V.O.)
We understand this may have
occurred without your knowledge and
would like to....find an adequate
solution to this problem.
Beat.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
Adequate solutions for your
client would be to pay
(MORE)

MONTGOMERY (CONT'D)
back the eleven million dollars
with interest or turn over Mr.
Decebal, Alison.
ALISON (V.O.)
That's sounds about right. We would
prefer the former solution rather
than the latter.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
I can assure you the former
solution is not an option. With
that in mind, you should know Mr.
Decebal is no longer in business
with our family.
ALISON (V.O.)
How convenient.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
Are you familiar with Ockham's
Razor?
ALISON (V.O.)
Vaguely.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
Pluralitas non est ponenda sine
necessitate. Rob is of no
consequence to me or my business.
Hence, he is no longer necessary.
A pregnant pause fills the air.
ALISON (V.O.)
Very well. That's all I needed to
know.
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
Ockham's Razor also applies to your
client Alison.
ALISON (V.O.)
Excuse me?
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
Listen Alison, your client's
situation in Mexico is a
consequence for my business. It

MONTGOMERY (CONT'D)
complicates things-- it's
unacceptable. Therefore, our
business relationship should not be
extended beyond it's necessity.
ALISON (V.O.)
What exactly are you saying?
MONTGOMERY
(into phone)
I'm saying my bank will maintain
your client's current crypto
accounts. However, all financial
services and receipt of shipments
will cease regarding your client.

SILENCE.
ALISON (V.O.)
Montgomery, we--
MONTGOMERY
(into phone;interrupts)
Our business is concluded.
Now if you'll excuse me.
Montgomery ends the call. She snaps her fingers and the
stylist return.

9 INT. ROB'S HIDEAWAY APARTMENT - AFTERNOON 9

WE SEE Rob's silhouette exit a room as he answers his phone.
*INTERCUT AS NECESSARY.*
ROB
Thanks for calling.
SONORA
Get to the point.
WE SEE the stunning SONORA LAURENT, (early 30's) in Istanbul.
Her beauty is understated. Sonora is the wife of Mr. Laurent
and the CEO of Laurent Holdings. A company that holds all of
the Laurent's cash based businesses; strip clubs, casinos,and
entertainment resorts. She is also the co-owner of her
immediate family's oil business.
ROB
I need to know where I stand with
the family.
SONORA
That's a redundant question.
ROB
Is it?
SONORA
You want to tell me why you went to
Irkutsk Oblast?
ROB
Doesn't matter now does it?
SONORA
It does matter! Tereza wants you
dead and I'm tempted to give
Eurasia permission to do it.
That gets Rob's attention.
ROB
Wait a minute!

SONORA
Is it true what she says?

ROB
I went because I saw an
opportunity. An opportunity to be
more than your family's or Tereza's
dog.

10 SONORA'S P.O.V. 10
Off Rob's remark, Sonora paces to and fro.
SONORA
You think we'll get in bed with the
Cedillio cartel? Satanic animals,
it's repugnant to think. You're
deranged by desire. It's tragic how
you're driven to distraction by the
proximity of disillusioned power.
Beat.
SONORA (CONT'D)
What happened to you? You used to
be sharp, reliable, now you're a
disappointment!
Rob takes it in.
Beat.
SONORA (CONT'D)
I'm turning the casino over to the
tribal commission.
Rob racks his brain trying to understand. He's coiled and
frustrated.
ROB
What does Montgomery say?
SONORA
It doesn't matter what Montgomery
says! It matters what I say!
ROB
Don't do this.
SONORA
Why not? I know you stole money
from Osuna.
Rob angered, doesn't say a word.

SONORA (CONT'D)
It was a stupid move. Perhaps I
will tell Osuna you're no longer
under our protection?
ROB
Don't.
SONORA
The Tribal deal is done. I spoke
with my husband and he agrees it's
the best thing to do.
ROB
Just like that?
SONORA
Yes. Montgomery and my husband have
already made their decision about
you. I, on the other hand think you
are still useful.
ROB
I'm grateful to you.
SONORA
Tomorrow Laurent Holdings will
announce our divestment of this
casino. The tribal commission will
make an offer that we will accept.
And that's that.
ROB
What about the shipments?
SONORA
Don't worry about that. In the
meantime, you're going to relocate
to Senegal, Africa.
ROB
Africa? I'm not going to Africa!
Sonora confidently.
SONORA
You're going to Senegal. You're
going to help my brother. You'll
meet with the Oil Minister and work
out a deal. Then you'll contact
Tereza through a back channel.
You'll set up a meeting to arrange
the purchase and delivery of women

SONORA (CONT'D)
to the new brothel in Senegal.

Beat.
ROB
Megan contacted me. These local
politicians want what they paid
for.
SONORA
Politics is parochial Rob, finance
is not. These politicians need our
money more than the order. So Megan
can wait.
Beat.
SONORA (CONT'D)
Clean out your office at the casino
and the Vixen. Move the containers
and those whores to other cities.
ROB
Make sure my wife and child are
taken care of just in case.
SONORA
Your wife and child? No father or
husband would treat them the way
you do. You punish them...and for
what? They deserve better. They are
the reason I'm sparing you.
Sonora ends the call. She looks around as if she's being
watched.

11 ROB'S P.O.V. 11
Rob hangs up and stares at his phone for a moment. Just then
WE HEAR the doorbell ring. Angrily, Rob pads over to the door
and answers it. WE HEAR the door open. WE SEE a female figure
at the door with a gun pointed at Rob. WE HEAR GUN FIRE!

12 INT. APARTMENT CORRIDOR - LATER 12

Solomon enters the long corridor searching for Rob's
apartment. He spots Rob's apartment door halfway open, with
dried blood on the sill. Solomon draws his weapon and peers
directly at Rob's door.

13 INT./EXT. ROB'S APARTMENT- MOMENTS LATER 13

Solomon cautiously steps into Rob's apartment. Not the place
he wants to be right now. He sees the pool of blood on the
floor. Rob lays lifeless on the floor. Solomon takes it in,
justice has been served in his book. Solomon cautiously
clears the apartment--
Solomon quickly moves through the apartment and locates a
book safe. He opens it.
Inside he finds ten thousand dollars in cash, a cellphone,
and various passports from America and Russia. These
passports belong to trafficking victims. As Solomon looks
through them he stops dead. The passport he has belonged to
Sabrina. This is the evidence he needed to substantiate
Sabrina's notes.
Solomon takes the cellphone and programs a number in under
the name of "Orfeo Neri." He calls himself from the
cellphone. Solomon places the cellphone back into the book
safe. He takes the money and replaces the book safe. Solomon
pauses for a moment and listens to a news report on the
television--
NEWS ANCHOR
A Metroplex police officer died
today. Detective Saxon died from a
heart attack while recovering from
injuries. In other news the
Metroplex Sheriff's Office arrested
an international hacker known as
Moonlight earlier this week. The
hacker is being extradited to
Europe to face charges for
international crimes.
Solomon exits.

SUPER: FORT WORTH, TEXAS

14 EXT./INT. DOWNTOWN PARKING GARAGE - LATER 14

WE SEE an SUV enter the parking the garage.

15 INT. DOWNTOWN PARKING GARAGE- MOMENTS LATER 15

Baldomero, Floripa, Del Valle, who is the head of the Paraíba
Valley in Brazil, and Norteno, who is the head of the
Northern region of Brazil ( Acre, Amapá,and the Amazonas),
enter the parking garage with two women. One woman is Mexican
and the other woman is a drug addict from Northern Europe.
The women are bare foot, scared, tired, hungry, and dirty.
The cartel escorts the women as the woman talk among
themselves.
VICTIM #1
(to victim #2; scratching
her track marks)
Somethings not right. I don't feel
good about this.
VICTIM #2
I know.
Short beat.
VICTIM #2 (CONT'D)
(speaking Spanish)
Hey, what's going on? where are you
taking us?
DEL VALLE
(speaking Spanish to victim
#2)
Calm down it's nothing. Calm down
girl.
Frightened, the women look at each other as they pad towards
an entry door.
VICTIM #1
(to victim #2)
Somethings wrong.
The group enters the apartment building.

16 INT. APARTMENT- DUSK 16

The group enters an apartment. The women are placed in a
bedroom as Baldomero and his men take a seat.
Beat.
There's a knock at the door. Norteno answers the door as the
other men take positions. A man enters. This is CLAY ALDEAN,
the advisor for the Southern Mafia. He speaks for the boss
and answers only to him.

Clay enters cautiously, as the Cedillio cartel subtlety

surrounds him.
He takes a seat across from Baldomero.
CLAY
You must be Baldomero.

BALDOMERO
Are you Travis?
CLAY
No, I'm Clay.

BALDOMERO
Clay?
CLAY
That's right and I speak for Mr.
Lynn or Travis as you know him.
BALDOMERO
Okay Clay. Then you understand this
business arrangement?
CLAY
I do, but you should know there's
been a change in management.
BALDOMERO
Rob Decebal?
CLAY
Yes.
BALDOMERO
Can you get me access to the
banker?
CLAY
(sighs)
Maybe.
BALDOMERO
I'll take that as a no.
CLAY
I didn't say that.
BALDOMERO
Set it up.
 18.

CLAY
Okay.
BALDOMERO
Once I open this door there's no
turning back. You understand me?
And if you guys try and fuck
us...we'll kill all of you.
CLAY
Yeah, we know.
Awkward silence.
BALDOMERO
The next shipment will be in six
weeks.
Clay shoots a look at Baldomero.
Baldomero gestures for the women to be brought out.

17 INT. APARTMENT -BEDROOM- DUSK 17

Norteno opens the bedroom.
NORTENO
C'mon.
One woman crosses from the window over the door. The other
woman SLOWLY rises up off the bed.
NORTENO (CONT'D)
Hurry up!

18 INT. APARTMENT- LIVING ROOM - MOMENTS LATER 18

Norteno shoves one of the women into the living room. Clay
rises up and crosses over to the women. He man handles them
as he inspects them.
CLAY
(to the women)
Welcome to Texas and your new life.
The women gasp and mumble amongst themselves. Clay nods to
Baldomero and returns to his seat. The women are taken back
into the bedroom.
Baldomero gives a nod to Floripa with the money bag. He pads
towards Clay and places the money on the table.
 19.

Clay opens the bag and looks inside. He reaches in and pulls
out a stack of cash and two kilos of cocaine.
Clay nods.
Satisfied, Baldomero lights a ciger, as he and his men exit
the apartment watching Clay closely.
