    Topic: You are a team leader. You are going to be on business. Write an
    email/a letter (120-140 words) to your team members to inform them when
    you are going to be on business.

    Dear Marketing team,

    I am writing to inform you that I am going to be on business trip.


    I am going to Japan to survey the consumer market of our products on next week.
    During my business trip, my assistant will be in charge of taking over the work in
    our team. Therefore, you please report your work progress to her and agree on your
    schedule. I can put them in my diary. I am sending you a worklist which you need
    to complete in period of your business as an attachment. Please find the requested
    information attached.
