Bronze Mystery
This mysterious makeup look will surely turn heads. This
day time smokey eye has been created with the truest
bronze eye makeup with a very subtle golden shimmer.
The super pigmented eyeshadow gives depth to eyes and
creates mystery, blends like a dream and is very smooth
on days when you want that little something on your eyes,
bronze never lets you down. It makes you eyes stand out
and give them a little mysterious look. Never fades during
the day or night.
Use a Wick
Take a container full of water, a cotton rope or a
natural fibre rope. One side of the rope should be
buried in 2 to 3 inches of the well-watered soil,
while the other side should touch the base of the
water container. The cotton rope functions as a
wick which continuously absorbs water from the
container and transfers it into the soil. This is one
of the best ways to maintain a good moisture level
within the soil for a period of 1-3 weeks. Note that
multiple wicks can be used for multiple plants.
The importance of
Vitamins D and K
Vitamins are essential nutrients our bodies require to perform important functions. Although
they can be absorbed through a healthy lifestyle, many people are deficient in vitamins such as
vitamin D and vitamin K. Getting adequate amounts of these vitamins and fat-soluble nutrients is
essential for your health. When it comes to calcium metabolism, vitamins D and K work together.
They are generally most abundant in high-fat foods, and their absorption into the bloodstream is
enhanced when they are consumed with fat.
Here is to tell you that vitamin D is abundant in fatty fish and fish oil, but it’s also produced by your
skin when it’s exposed to sunlight. One of vitamin D’s primary functions is to promote calcium
absorption and maintain adequate calcium levels in your blood. A vitamin D deficiency may cause
bone loss. Whereas, vitamin K is found in leafy greens, fermented legumes, and vegetables, as
well as in some fatty, animal-sourced foods, such as egg yolk, liver, and cheese. This vitamin is
necessary for blood clotting and promotes the accumulation of calcium in your bones and teeth.
Here we have gathered all the information about the benefits of vitamin D and K, plus information
about downsides, how much you need, and foods that will help you get going.
Support healthy bones
Vitamin K2 works together with Vitamin D3 to sup-
port healthy bones. In simple terms, vitamin K2
helps to make sure that calcium is deposited where
it needs to be in the bones and not elsewhere such as
the arteries. Numerous studies have also shown that
low vitamin K causes reductions in bone mineral
density and increases fracture risk. Vitamin K2
supplementation has been shown to promote bone
formation and lessen fracture risk. Research has
found the combined use of vitamins K2 & D3 to be

Statement making jewellery
trends for Fall 2022
Move over, summer! We are already looking ahead to a relaxing fall and winter.
When the leaves change, the temperature falls, and we switch out our closet
essentials and jewellery. The jewellery you wear with every outfit can make or break
it. While every season has its jewellery trends, it generally takes a long while for
specific pieces to feel dated. But this fall to winter is all about the colour, charms,
and chokers. We’re taking it back to the early 2000s with the jewellery trends in
2022.
To keep you updated, we’ve rounded up all the stunning trends slated to take over
when the temps drop once again. Here is a list of the 5 biggest Fall/Winter 2022
jewellery trends you’ll see everywhere in the next few months. There are several
treat-yourself moments that are no doubt imminent. And if you’re someone who
loves to accessorise, we’ve got some great news! There are many pieces that will
keep your heart.
Blingy Chokers
You know those thin gold chains you’ve been
layering? Time to take ’em off and swap them
for one major statement-maker. Chains are not
slowing down even with gold going up. They
are still statement-making, buttery yellow gold
with a nod toward old watch fob chains and
seventies-style rectangular elongated chains
with a beautiful hand and weight. Blingy,
chunky chokers are also all the rage, a major
upgrade from the black velvet ones we all
thought were chic in college. Think costume
glamour, but styled for everyday shenanigans.
Bangles
When it comes to
bracelets, more is more
and bigger is better!
Bangles are back—in
a major way. Many
top designers made a
compelling case for thick
stacks of bangles paired
with a simple black dress,
to let the bling speak, and
shine, for itself. Go for
their big 80s look or opt
for a simpler statement. Loops
