Analyze ideas to discern feasible solutions by building consensus with people from different
PI 1 background or having different perspectives.
Share team's responsibilities and duties and take on different roles when applicable.

Develop and execute a strategy for action to achieve team's goal (i.e. group climate that
PI 3 encourages success, communication strategies for dealing with conflict).
Do not base your evaluation on friendship or personal conflicts. Your input can be a valuable indicator to help assess
contributions in a fair manner. THIS EVALUATION WILL NOT BE SEEN BY YOUR GROUP MEMBERS
