    FROM : Giant Hypermarket Putra Heights - Complex Management

    RE : Compulsory - Business Hours of 9.30 am – 10.00 pm (7 Days A


    week)

    The above matter refers

    Please take note that the official business hours for GHPH is from 9.30 am to 10.00 pm
    every day.

    However, through observation there are many shops that open up the business after 10
    am. This resulted to the bad impression where tenant has failed to comply with the
    rules and regulations.

    Please be informed that if any tenants fail to comply, management will issue 3 reminder
    letters, 2 warning letters and finally a penalty letter and fine of RM 300 will be
    imposed/charged directly into the respective account.

    Your attention and cooperation on the above matter is much appreciated. We shall
    monitor the situation closely to ensure that the best is strived for the good of our
    tenants, shoppers and customer overall.
