Among the array of skill sets and expertise that I have developed over the past 12+

years, the top five strengths that I feel my strongest forte which are:
1. Building verticals and owning the process: Successfully launching new lending
products for FinTech Startups, especially in the unsecured business domain, by setting up
offline + online loans business operations from scratch.

2. From lead generation to customer acquisition, and from merchant


onboarding to revenue generation: I have been a FinTech business leader and specialist
in helping companies build and grow their loan book size/unsecured retail lending portfolio,
driving revenues starting from as low as six figures to eight figures a month. I have Onboarded
1.5 lakh+ merchants/dealers across Pan India and successfully acquired 17 lakhs+ new
customers through B2B2C and B2C.

3. Business enhancement and meeting stiff project deadlines: I have delivered


profitable scale-up and ramped up disbursements across India from as low as a few crores to
120+ crores a month in a fast-paced aggressively growing startup environment. I have been
very pivotal in 0 to 1 and 1 to 10x company growth.

4. Capacity planning and Performance management: I have been resourceful in


building and nurturing a high-performing BD/Sales as well as collections team from a team of
few people to an army of 1500+ workforce in Pan India across 18+ states from the ground up,
including 12 Regional Heads, 4 Zonal Heads, and 59 senior territory managers. Moreover, I have
improved per-person productivity by +149% on a Y-O-Y basis.

5. Analytical and data-driven problem solver: Apart from working with renowned
brands like Bajaj, IDFC, Datamatics, I have also been in a startup environment for long periods
of time, expanding my horizon not only as a BD/Sales leader but also in launching new lending
products, from being a tech evangelist to setting up an entire collection/recovery infrastructure
for a company. I have grown distribution networks Pan-India by delivering 2x to 10x growth in
disbursements on a year-on-year basis with the help of extensive traveling and reviewing team
performance on the field. (Dedicated a minimum of 12-15 days of the months’ time in traveling
across states).
