UOPX Ranks in Top 20 for TestMax’s Student Satisfaction Survey

A recent survey from TestMax, a foremost higher education testing company, asked
students from more than 400 institutions about their satisfaction with their current
education experience, with a particular focus on the COVID-19 pandemic. We are
pleased to share that not only was University of Phoenix one of the schools cited in
the survey, but that we ranked 17th out of 430 institutions!

“We are very pleased to be recognized by TestMax as an effective provider of remote

curriculum,” said University of Phoenix President Peter Cohen. “As many schools
transition to online learning, particularly in these challenging times, it is easy to lack a
sense of community and interaction. We are proud to not only provide high-quality
education offerings to our students, but to also provide a consistent framework that
helps students remain engaged, focused and satisfied throughout their educational
journey at UOPX.”

Here’s how we stacked up according to TestMax’s questions:

How effective is your school in delivering remote education? (UOPX score: 97)
How effective is your university at remaining socially connected (albeit
remotely) during the COVID-19 pandemic? (UOPX score: 91)
How adaptive has your school been to new technologies and teaching
methods during COVID-19? (UOPX score: 100)

How “satisfied” are you with your university’s response to COVID-19? (UOPX
score: 100)
