If I were to choose between working for my dream corporation, brand, or
line of business and having my own business in the future, I would choose
to work at Starbucks Coffee Company, Because Starbucks is the premier
roaster and retailer of specially coffee in the world. And with every cup, we
strive to bring both our heritage and an exceptional experience to life.
Starbucks also inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup
and one neighbourhood at a time. Creating a culture of warmth and
belonging, where everyone is welcome. Acting with courage, challenging
the status and finding new ways to grow our company and each other.

results. They are performance driven, through the lens of humanity.
As a business woman,my target market are the student’s, because in
today’s reality many students today are addicted to cold drinks liked Iced
teas and they want to satisfy their cravings by having a business who
prioritize their needs and wants and help them to have a good place to
study. They also want a place to be their comfort zone and have a good
spot to have a group study.
I would be able to work on something that I am passionate about. This
would make my work more fulfilling and enjoyable. I would also have the
opportunity to learn from and collaborate with some of the best people in
the industry. This would help me to grow and develop professionally. Of
course, there are also some challenges to working for my dream
corporation. However, I believe that the benefits of working for my dream
corporation outweigh the challenges. I also admire and respect
entrepreneurs who start their own businesses. It is a challenging but
rewarding path. If I were to decide to start my own business, I would do so
because I had a unique and innovative idea that I was passionate about. I
would also need to be confident in my ability to execute on my vision and
build a successful team. In the end, it would be the responsibility of myself
to decide whether to work for a big company or begin a new business of my
own. I would have to thoroughly consider the positive and negative aspects
of every choice before making a determination.
