IV. Rationale : In relation to Republic Act 10410 entitled “An Act

Recognizing the Age from Zero (0) to Eight (8) years as the first crucial stage of
Educational Development and Strengthening the Early Childhood Care and
Development System, Appropriating Funds thereof. The City Social Welfare and
Development Office through Early Childhood Care and Development Office we
will provide and conduct a training to all Child Development Workers and
stakeholders

V. Objectives
 To provide training to CDWs and stakeholders about the RA 10410
 To strengthen their knowledge and develop strategies of CDWs
 To implement the IRR of RA 10410
 To ensure that CDWs/CDT’s are guided and used the Standard Tools and
ECCD Curriculum.
