•Determining the date and place of the farewell event

•Details of activities to be carried out

•Assignment of duties and responsibilities to OSIS members

3. Formation of the Class XII Farewell Committee (14.00-14.20)

•Determination of the committee chairman

•Determination of committee members and their respective duties

4. Coordination with the School (14.20-14.25)

•Create a letter of approval and support from the school

5. Budget Preparation (14.25-14.50)

•Determine the source of funds for the farewell event

•Prepare a budget and financial management of the farewell event

6. Closing (14.50-15.00)

•Submission of information related to the next meeting
