pleased to inform you about our incoming SHS meeting on February 23, 2024 at exactly 9am in
Audio Visual Room (AVR).
The SHS Department needs to prepare the upcoming SHS activities in this semester. We will be
tackling about the important dates to remember and the underlying issues that needs to be addressed.
AGENDAS

1. Presentation of School Calendar


1.1 NAT National Achievement Test (TBA)
1.2 Third Quarter Examination
1.3 Parent-Teacher Conference/ Distribution of Report Cards
1.4 Fourth Quarter Examination
1.5 Parent-Teacher Conference/ Distribution of Report Cards
1.6 Grade 12 Graduation Day
2. Checking of 3rd Quarter Class Records and Curriculum Guide (All SHS teachers)
3. Preparation of SF2, Narrative Reports, Official Documents of SHS learners (SHS advisers)
3.1 Narrative Reports of the inactive/non-attending/drop students include the proof of
calls/messages that you have sent
3.2 Remedies/Suggestion/Recommendation for the non-vouch SHS students
4. Insights on Catch-up Friday
5. School Uniform Policy (Teacher/Student)
6. Teachers’ Evaluation Result
7. Other Matters
Your active engagement in this meeting is crucial for a smooth and successful flow of transactions in
the SHS Department. Non-compliance with assigned responsibilities will lead to severe sanctions,
including the removal of loads/units. Failure to attend without any valid reason and proof will result
in a serious sanction. An 8-hour deduction in your total working hours will be granted, and latecomers
will be deducted 4 hours from their total working hours. I am confident that your dedication and
expertise will significantly contribute to the growth and excellence of this institution.
