Economical equipment with exceptional quality and high screening efficiency

As the heart of every crushing and screening plant, a vibrating screen is used for classifying materials by size in
every stage of the process from feeding to the product separation. The different sizes of materials mixing with
each other and an increase in returning material amount cost by low screening efficiency equals low
profitability for every crushing and screening plant.

MR screening solutions
Developed after long time analysis and research, MR inclined vibrating screens are designed in a variety of
types with specific vibration features for a wide range of types and sizes of materials.
Designed as a non-welded frame with adjustable vibration features for different metal types and screening
sizes.
MR vibrator screen is designed for precise, high capacity screening of any particle size, wet or dry application.

Each screen is equipped with variable speed and screen angle operation for optimal efficiency when production
needs change. The screens are available in Grease lubrication configurations, sizes ranges from 14’ x 4’ to 24’ x
8’ .They are circular motion inclined screens with single, two, three or four decks and can be fitted with
wiremesh , polyurethane or steel plate on the top deck. MR screens are bulit with extra heavy duty applications
whichs provide a Long service life, excellent adaptability and economical screening solutions under harsh and
rigorous Mining and quarry conditions.

Options
-Motors
-Feed box with abrasive resistant or mild steel liners
-Recirculating oil lubrication systems, water or air cooled
-Dust enclosures
Key advantages
Bearings
Heavy duty, high-performance, self-aligning spherical roller screen duty bearings specially designed for
vibrating screens.

Huck-bolted assembly sideplates

Screen bodies with conventional bolted assemblies create extra labour cost, increase safety risk, and reduce
overall profitability because of the rupture of balls caused by loosening nuts. MS and MCS series vibrator
screens with Huck- bolted assembly don’t require maintenance for nuts and bolts, so they help ensure
workplace safety.

Self-tensioned motor Base

In MS and MCS series where better screens a self tension motor base is a standard feature that protects both
the electric motor and drive belts against tension caused by vibrations, meaning lower maintenance duration
and lower cost for our customers.
-Jerk and noise free operation – no belt flapping or heating up at start up.
-Very easy belt replacement-just release the tension and change belts.
-increases belt and pulley lifetime.

Vibration Analysis
In the vibration analysis, MR inclined vibrating screen achieved the targeted stroke, acceleration, stroke angle
and proved its suitability in the test area of the factory. MR measures the quality of its screens and feeders by
combining the appropriate measurement and evaluation systems with advanced engineering knowledge by
using the latest technology.
High-quality screen body steel plate resistant to vibration
Every MS and MCS series vibrating screen is made of high tensile heat - treated side plates that are resistant to
vibration. In this way, our innovations prevent fractures that commonly occur on other screens, particularly
around the drive system. Such fractures make the screen unusable by expanding on the side plates.
1. Labyrinth and seals prevent grit or foreign matter from reaching the bearings.
2. Seamless steel square tube and pipes casing to assure solid construction and protection for sharp
assembly.
3. Platforms along with ladder are provided for easy accessibility for maintenance.
4. Alloy steel shaft ground to precise tolerances.
5. Bolt on weights on the counter weight for easy stroke adjustments in the field to suit varying applications.

DEM & FEM ANALYSIS

Discrete element method (DEM) is most advanced method for aggregate industry. It accurately simulates the
flow behavior of bulk materials with complex particle shapes and size distribution. Finite element method
(FEM) is another software that provide to simulate machine parts reaction under working loads, thermal
conditions etc. MR designs Machines with various latest methods in order to increase service time of the
components.
Resonance is a disaster for all of machines especially vibrating machine like screens. Model analysis is the most
appropriate method to obtain resonance frequencies. MR applies model analysis techniques for all of screens
and vibrating machine to obtain stable operation at any stage of production.
