Fixing

 Some things I can fix and some things I can't, like the TV, I
can't fix it, if it suddenly breaks down or the computer does
the same, I have to take it to the shop to get a repairman, and
if the meter runs out of battery I can fix it by replacing the
battery or I can fix the bike chain if it slips.
 My parents taught me how to fix simple things like repairing
torn clothes by sewing, fixing salty food by adding water,
etc.
 Learning how to repair some things is very necessary for us
because it helps us save a small amount of money, not
depend too much on others, and this also makes independent
life a lot easier.
 I will call a repairman, for example, if the refrigerator is
broken and I don't know what's wrong, I can't fix it. It's best
to call a repairman because they have the expertise to know
where it's broken and fix it.
DREAM AND AMBITION
 When I was a little, my dream was to become a doctor
because they are cool, they are loved by many people and
they also save many people. Looks great
 I think I'm always changing Maybe today I dream of
becoming a doctor but tomorrow I will dream of becoming a
singer and I'm not sure about that dream. Now I'm trying to
major in English language even though I'm not good at it
 Maybe I want to become an office worker because I think it's
a stable career that I can do
 No, I think I'm not an ambitious person because I always
think of everything in the simplest way and really like a life
that is comfortable enough to live through happier days, just
keep being ambitious, just go to work and make a lot of
money, Having a high position sounds very tiring.

RAIN
 I like rainy days because it is very cool and comfortable, it
dispels the hot sunny days
 It's been raining a lot lately. It was sunny and suddenly it
rained heavily. It was sunny in the morning but rained in the
afternoon. However, I am like this.
 I would like to live in dry places even though I like rain. Dry
places was still better than wet places because when wet, the
road would slippery and makes it easy to fall, and when
riding a bike water could easily dirty clothes.
 Correct. If it rained, I would cancel plans to go out with
friends and stay home to read books or watch TV shows like
next top model, two days and one night or study English.
LANGUAGE
 I can speak vietnamese and a little english
 I want to learn English and Chinese in the future because
now both are very useful such as in job search opportunities,
studying abroad
 I will search for lessons and videos teaching that subject on
Google or YouTube and research carefully about online
centers and courses on the subject I want to study.
 At school, when teaching English, teachers often focus on
grammar and don't pay too much attention to pronunciation
and speaking, so I made a lot of mistakes when speaking
English.
HEATHY
 I usually go to bed early, drink 1.5 liters of water, eat lots of
vegetables and fruits and exercise every day
 I like playing badminton because it is very good for health,
increases heart rate and height, and it is also very easy to
play.
 Yes. The school has physical education, teachers will teach
you subjects such as basketball, volleyball and badminton
 There are many sports that help people stay healthy such as
baseball, badminton, baseball, jogging or cycling
 Have. We can exercise anywhere, such as jogging in the
park, cycling on main roads or parks.
WEEK
 Sunday is my favorite day of the week because on this day
my whole family stays at home and doesn't go to work or
school
 Sunday because today I will rest and don't have to go to
school
 Maybe every day of the week but except Sunday because I
will go to school from Monday to Saturday, do homework,
practice English pronunciation and pick up my uncle at 2pm.
 Yes of course. I usually go to school, clean the house, cook,
watch TV, read books and learn English.
 I often go out with friends and parents, and also spend time
for myself like going for a walk, going to the bookstore to
buy a good book.
 Are not. Weekdays are quite busy and there's no time to hang
out with friends or relax, so I think it's quite stressful.
Weekends are relaxing, with more time for parents and
yourself
Describe a sport you enjoyed watching
 I like watching badminton sports programs
 I usually watch badminton competitions on TV, and I often
watch them with my friend
 Because I like playing badminton, I want to watch it to gain
experience and how to play, and it's also good
* Part 3
 I think it's jogging or walking because it's very easy to do in
life
 Of course.
 It helps increase height, become healthier and helps you
become younger and happier every day
 Choose a suitable sport for your child. Play with your child.
Set aside time for your child to exercise after school hours.
Don't let your child overexert himself.
 the most watched sports program in my area is soccer
 Watching it live will be more realistic than watching it on
TV
Describe someone you know who has
recently moved to a new place
 She is Lan Anh
 The new address is Da Lat. This is a famous and very
beautiful place, full of poetry and coolness
 Because her father transferred his job to Da Lat, she had to
follow him to Da Lat
 Her move was very positive for me because even though she
moved away we still kept in touch via video call or text
every day and once a year we would see each other in the
summer.
* PART 3
 because they want to experience discovering beautiful places
in the country when they are young
 Living alone will be more comfortable. You can do whatever
you want. Even if you live with roommates, you have to pay
attention to whatever you do to avoid affecting them.
 Alright. Nowadays, many people also choose to live alone
because of comfort and freedom.
 Learn how to manage your expenses, protect yourself and
ask for help when needed such as electricity, water and gas
 Involving them in meal planning and preparation
 Incorporating practical life skills lessons into their
curriculum
 Teaching practical life skills, which can help young people
develop a sense of confidence and independence in their
ability to take care of themselves.Equipping them with the
skills and resources to succeed as adults

have in the future
 This is Employee bank
 In bank

 Why it is an interesting job because we will be working in
the state bank and we will be counting money
* PART 3
 Yes, I think children sometimes have to make important
decisions. For example, children may have to decide what
kind of education they want to pursue, what career they want
to follow, or how to deal with peer pressure or bullying.
These decisions can have a significant impact on their future
and well-being.
 After graduation, young people must make a decision to
choose a suitable career for themselves
 their parents, sisters, brothers or teachers
 Yes, because advertising helps us understand the product, for
example, if a cosmetic has an advertisement, we can know
what ingredients it has or what skin type it is suitable for,
then we can decide to buy it.
 It's both good and bad because the product is always
advertised as good so we use it but it doesn't bring the results
we expected. The good thing is that advertising helps us
know more products and have more choices that are suitable
for ourselves
 Consult with experienced people, such as seniors, parents,
and older siblings
Describe an invention that is useful in your
daily life
 This is a air-conditioner/ˈer kənˌdɪʃ.ən.ɚ/
 It can do cool the room
 It is so popular. Almost every house has at least /liːst/ one
 Easy to use, just press the on button on the remote and it will
operate/ˈɒpəreɪt/ and cool
* PART 3
 Easy to use, just press the on button on the remote and it will
operate and cool
 I don't think so because anyone can become an inventor if
they are full of creativity and dare to do it
 the automobile needs further improvements because of all
the pollution we’re experiencing/ɪkˈspɪəriəns/ today. We need a
more efficient/ɪˈfɪʃnt/ machine/məˈʃiːn/ that doesn’t run on
fossil/ˈfɑːsl/ fuels/ˈfjuːəl/ and is not costly to manufacture/ˌmænju
ˈfæktʃər/.
 There are many things like printers that help us print many
books and newspapers to spread/spred/ useful news to people
 Not necessarily because every invention has both advantages
and disadvantages like the nuclear invention is very harmful
because it causes death and the radiation it leaves behind is
equally scary.
 Inventors should be supported by the government with
funding for experiments/ɪkˈsperɪmənt/, the government/ˈɡʌvərnmənt/
and private companies are mostly supported by the people
and neighboring countries.
Describe a water sport you would
like to try in the future
 It is swimming
 I want to study at the pool with the teacher because they will
teach me related skills to swim
 Although I will be difficult because I don't know how to
swim
 Because it has many benefits like helping you not afraid of
drowning
* PART 3
 Best transport for heavy goods,Natural way of transportation
and cause less pollution to environment, It provides flexible
service
 Because it is cool , saving expensive cars such as motorbikes
or cars and easy to trade goods
 Water ball, water puppet, boat racing and swim
 Very good because it is a preventive and control skill that
children need to know to protect their lives
 I think they don’t know about important of water so they
wasted it.
 Cheap budget, transporting heavy goods, less limited in
weight size because of high transport capacity
Describe a famous person you are interested in
 She is Khanh Vy, a Vietnamese female vlogger, YouTuber,
host and content creator.
 I knew her through videos speaking 7 different languages
including Thai, Chinese, Korean, Italian, English, Japanese
and Saigon, Hanoi accent. This video is also quite viral and
attractive. lots of views and admiration.
 Before becoming famous, she majored in English at Phan
Boi Chau High School with a graduation score/skɔː(r)/ of
twenty-eight point zero three and studied public relations at
the diplomatic/ˌdɪpləˈmætɪk/ academy. She began being
recruited/rɪˈkruːt/ as a host/həʊst/ and guest/ɡest/ on television
shows
 Because she is very good, she looks full of confidence and
joy. She also shares a lot of useful information about how to
learn English and I really like the positive energy she brings
to everyone through every video she posts.
Part 3
 Yes. I find they often aim for things that viewers want to see
so they often focus on celebrities/səˈlebrəti/.
 Yes. I think it's necessary. Normally, people who are
considered famous must be good at their craft, such as
famous singers who must sing well to become famous, or A-
list actors or Hollywood superstars who must also act very
well to have that title. If you are not good at your job, it is
very difficult to become famous.
 Some famous people today often take advantage of scandals
to advance instead of their own talent or excessive PR or
having money and acquaintances to become famous. In the
past, celebrities had to put in a lot of effort to show off their
talent. Most of them succeed by using their efforts and
talents. So it can be seen that the past and present are very
different.
 Famous singers, famous actors, famous tiktokers, famous
doctors, in short, people who influence/ˈɪnfluəns/ the online
community are famous.
 Some children are very famous at school because they are
talented, gifted/ˈɡɪftɪd/with good or excellent academic
results, dance, and actively participate in school activities.
 Because some famous people are not as talented as they are,
when they become famous they will not know how to take
advantage of it to succeed and then they will soon fail.
Describe an occasion when you lost your
way
Last year my friends and I visited Dai Nam tourist area. Since it was our
first time going, we looked up google maps and because I often looked in
the wrong direction, I got lost with my friends. I was extremely confused
and scared. When I get lost, I try to turn back but I keep coming back to
the same place. Then, luckily, I met a guy running Grab and asked him,
he helped me see the map and give directions to get there.
* PART 3
 When we get lost, we can find it by looking at Google maps,
there are signs on the roads that we can pay attention to and
follow or we can ask for directions from surrounding people.
 Yes, of course. Preparing in advance is always necessary
because when something goes wrong we will know how to
handle it.
 I think yes. When we read the map first, we will avoid
getting lost
 No, of course. Now in the age of technology, using
Google maps instead of paper maps is better, faster and more
accurate. Because of paper maps, we have to determine the
direction ourselves, which will take a lot of time and be
inaccurate.
 Some people easily get lost because they don't know how to
determine direction or don't know how to read the map like
me, often looking in the wrong direction on the map and thus
often getting lost.
 When lost, people easily fall into a feeling of confusion, fear,
and worst of all, a feeling of helplessness when they cannot
find their way out.
Describe a movie you watched recently that you
felt disappointed about
It's a nun movie part 2. The movie is set in France in 1956, with
a priest killed by dark forces. Sister Irene, the main character of
the previous part, is once again called back to face the evil
Valak. She is helped by a young nun named Debra, who is
having trouble accepting the miracles. This is the sequel to the
2018 movie "The Nun". I really liked part 1, so when I learned
about part 2, I was very looking forward to it and decided to
invite my friends to watch it as soon as tickets went on sale.
After watching the movie, I was a bit disappointed because the
movie had a rather bland ending and had no impressive
highlights. The main character, a nun, did not appear much. The
ending of the movie made me and some people compare it to
part 1.
PART 3
I don't believe it completely. Because each person will have a different
way of feeling, just like eating. Maybe you don't find this movie good,
but some people do. Therefore, the review is for reference only.
 In Vietnam, there are film genres such as television, short films,
sitcoms, school, family love, documentaries and comedies.
 historical films in Vietnam are not popular. Perhaps because they
have not been thoroughly researched, some films are still superficial,
making viewers not feel attracted. In fact, Vietnamese history is very
good, but when put on screen, it is not fully conveyed and there are
many inaccurate details. Sometimes the costumes and actors are not
suitable, making young people not very interested. If true to its value,
historical films will certainly be warmly received.
 Of course. Because the audiences who love them will always support
their new projects, the drama will definitely become popular.
 because the graphics are beautiful, sharp and the content is engaging
and not boring.
 In my opinion, yes. If you want the movie to become popular, you
should invest in hiring famous actors because they have high
expertise and a large fan base supporting the movie.
Describe a car journey that you remember well
The trip I remember most was in the summer when I went from my
paternal/pəˈtɜː.n l/ hometown to my maternal /məˈtɜː.n l/ hometown in
ə ə

Nghe An with my uncle. Because I left at four in the morning, I had to

pack my clothes at night and the next morning I had to get up half an hour
before three thirty in the morning. When the car arrived, my uncle and I
got in the car and started the journey to my grandmother's hometown and
all the way I was very happy and full of anticipation to get there to meet
my grandparents.
*PART 3
 Public transportation helps reduce traffic congestion, travel faster,
buses and trains are much safer than private vehicles /ˈviː.ə.k l/ because
ə

personal vehicle accidents have a higher fatality/fəˈtæl.ə.t̬ i/ rate than

vehicle-related accidents /ˈæk.sə.d nt/ bus or train.
ə

 No, because by law you have to be eighteen years old or older to get a
driver's license/ˈlaɪ.səns/
 Need to have culture when participating /pɑːˈtɪsɪpeɪtɪŋ/ in traffic such
as not running red lights, not driving under the influence /ˈɪn.flu.əns/ of
alcohol /ˈæl.kə.hɑːl/, and wearing a helmet /ˈhel.mət/ when participating
in traffic.
 In my opinion no. Because everything is two-way, public
transportation may be very good, but not everyone likes to go. This is
each person's freedom of choice, so if the government turns it into a
principle, it will be violating/ˈvaɪ.ə.leɪt/ the people's freedom.
 drivers, delivery /dɪˈlɪv. r.i/ people and police (to catch the robber and
ə

save people
 Maybe because it's becoming more and more modern now, vehicles
like cars will be more improved and I think driverless cars will also
be one of the inventions that will replace cars today.
