Hi! We’re with Remotasks and Outlier, leading artificial intelligence training platforms, and we are
looking for talented individuals to do freelance work helping train cutting-edge generative artificial
intelligence models.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your “expert-level” subject knowledge and gain valuable
experience in AI and Machine learning, while honing your writing skills!

The interview and onboarding process

● The interview process consists of:

1. Submit your application on Greenhouse
■ Our team will evaluate your application and resume. We will reach out within 1-4
business days if you have been selected
2. If selected, you will be sent a customized invitation to Remotasks
● The onboarding process consists of:
1. Sign up for Remotasks using the personalized link sent to you by your recruiter.
2. Identity verification using your government-provided ID.
 3. A quick English proficiency exam
4. Specific expert domain test to verify your expertise
■ Note: If you are being hired for your coding experience, you may be required to pass a
code assessment.

FAQs
Can you give me some examples of the type of work I’ll be doing?
● You will work on various projects to train cutting-edge generative AI models in your area of expertise
● Some examples of projects you might work on:
○ Creating original and challenging prompts for an AI model to respond to; creating original
responses like you would want an AI model to respond
○ Ranking a series of responses that were produced by an AI model
○ Editing responses written by an AI model

What qualifications do I need?

● Candidates should have deep expertise in the domains of focus that they are applying for. Our job
descriptions will have more specific details on what would be expected in each domain.
● We also expect all candidates to have a strong understanding of written English and clear
communication skills.

How much should I expect to work?

● Most of our AI Training Experts work at least 10-20 hours per week, but you can work as little or as
much as you’d like!
● There is no maximum number of hours.

How will I be paid?

● AI Training Experts will be paid out weekly via PayPal.

How long will this opportunity last?

● Our projects have varying lengths, depending on the need of the AI models you’d be working on. After
completing a project, our AI Training Experts will have the opportunity to work on additional projects.

Can I do this work in addition to another part-time opportunity?

● Of course! AI Training Experts can choose how many hours they want to work a week. You can do this
work while working other part-time roles or while looking for a full-time role.
Is the hourly rate negotiable?
● Not at this time.
