Assembly Secure green knitting circle to the CD disk using PVA

Cut it in long stripes 5-6 cm (2 - 2.4 inches) width.
There should be 200 cm (79 inches) of stripes in

foam rubber trunk becomes approx. 4 - 4.5 cm (1.57
– 1.77 inches) high.

Make sure that the foam rubber is rolled up tight enough


so the tree will be able to stand straight. The tree may fall
over if the trunk is too soft. Diameter of the stuffed
trunk should be approximately 7 - 8 cm (2.75 – 3.15
inches). Fill the cone with holofiber and sew it to the round base
with trunk having inserted CD to keep the form.

Break yarn, leaving a long end. Thread through sts on


needle, draw up tightly and fasten off.

Assembly
Repeat assembly as for ‘Spruce Christmas Tree’ till ***

Thread through sts around the perimeter of the nose on


needle, stuff it, draw up tightly and fasten off. Sew the
nose.

Put on the cap on the tree, glue eyes and embroider


mouth.
