Further, the provision of concerned regulations which are inconsistent with the provision of NCISM Act, 2020
shall not be applicable.
1. Further, to assess the available facilities of teaching, non-teaching, Hospital staff, practical training and other
lnfrestructure fecities et your college namely Karamvir Vyankatrao Tanaji Randhir Ayurved College,
Boradi, Tal. Shirpur, Dist. Dhule-425428, Maharashtra (AYUO145) inspection of your College was
conducted on 28.07.2022 and 29.07.2022 on virtual mode 2s a part of annual visitation by the visitation
team of Medical Asessment and rating Board, NCISM to process the Conditional permission with 60 seats (75,
seats including EWS) in UG (BAMS) Course under Section 28 of NCISM Act 2020 for the A.Y 2022-
2023.
2. Further, the visitation report and all other related documents were assessed in terms of the enforced regulations
namely, the “Indian Medicine Central Council (Requirements of Minimum Standard for under-graduate Ayurveds
Colleges and attached Hospitals) Regulations, 2016" and provisions under the NCISM Act, 2020 and relovont
Regulations there under, and on the basis of Relaxation policy issued by the NCISM dated 16.03.2022,
3. AS per the direction ofPresident, Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM),
the assessment report was placed in the fifth Board meeting of Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Indien
System of Medicine (NCISM) held on 29.08.2022. On careful examination of the assessment report It Ie fourd
that your college is fulfilling the notified & approved criteria, hence Board decided to issue the
Conditional permission with 60 seats (75 seats including EWS) in UG (BAMS) course for AY, 2023-23,
4. Therefore, it has been decided by the President, Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Indian System of
Medicine to grant conditional permission to Karamvir Vyankatrao Tanajii Randhir Ayurved College,
Boradi, Tal. Shirpury Dist. Dhule-425428, Maharashtra (AVUO145) with 60 seats (75 seats Including
EWS) in UG (BAMS) course for the academic session 2022-23 under section 28 of NCISM Act, 2020
subject to the Condition thet college is fuliling the following requirements:=
1. The college shall submit an undertaking in the form of affidavit duly notarized within one month explaining
the details of providing EPF and ESI facies to the teaching, non-teaching staff of the Colleges/Hocpital,
and regularty paying the same as per the provisions of Employees’ Provident Funds and Misvellaretas
Provisions Act, 1952 & ESI Act, 1948 and relevant Rules and Reguations
1H. Its further informed that minimum 15% of undergraduate seats of the permitted intake capacity of 60
Seats (75 seats including EWS) in UG (BAMS) seats shall be treated as ail Thala quota. The counseling for
Sas under al India quota shail be conducted by respective counseling authority as designated by Central
Gowemment for AY. 2022-23 and counseling for the remaining B5¥e seats or as the case may be’ srl ka
Ssecacted by the concerned Counseling Authorty of that Stete/UT. The permission of the collec
Sands withdrawn if the college fails to comply with the aforesaid direction of the Conta
Government/NCISM for all India quota or the students admitted thereunder,5. Admissions made in violation of the above conditions will be treated as invalid and action will be initiated under
NCISM Act & Regulations thereunder.
6. Discrepancies, i any, may be Immedidtely brought to the notice of Medicol Assessment and Rating Board for
Indian System of Medicine, NCISM,
7. The following requirements should be fultiled by the college by 34" December, 2022 and send a
compliance report to get permission for the session 2023-2+
1) all the requirements of Minimum Standard of Infrastructure and teaching & training facilities as specified in
Regulation 3 of the “inion Medlcne Central Councll (Requirements of Minimum Standard for under
‘graduate Ayurveda Colleges and attached Hospitals) Regulations, 2016,
1) all'the requirements of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Minimum Standards of Education in Indian
Medicine) Amendment Regulations, 2016 (for Ayurveda);
lit) “all the requirements under the provisions of the NCISM Act, 2020 and relevant Regulations made thereunder
should be fulfilled In toto; and
‘The futfitment of the conditions given above may be made within the time perlod specified and compliance report
‘should be submitted by the college to President, Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Indian System of
Medicine. The Medical Assessment and Rating Board for Indian System of Medicine will verify that the conditions
‘have been fulfiled for considering the permission from the academic session 2023-24,
