Instructions:-
1. Candidates those who are provisionally selected for Ph.D admission in Academic Year
2021 -22 have to bring all Original Documents for verification and submission while
confirming the admission in the respective department (Part-time/Full time Sponsored
Category have to produce NOC/Sponsorship Letter strictly in format attached with
application form.
2. Last date for confirmation of admission is up to 5th September 2021 before 5.00 PM.
3. Candidates those who are provisionally selected for Ph.D admission in Academic Year
2021-22 have to pay the fee mentioned on Institute Website (Online payment through
STATE BANK COLLECT) before confirming the admission and receipt of the
payment has to produce at the time of admission in respective department.
4. Steps to be followed for making online payment through STATE
BANK COLLECT
Log On to https://www.onlinesbi.com
Home Page STATE BANK COLLECT
Click on State Bank Collect
Click Checkbox to accept ‘Terms & conditions’
Then click on ‘Proceed’
Select State as ‘Maharashtra’
Select Type of Category as ‘Educational Institutions’
Click on ‘Go’
Select the Name of the institution as ‘Veermata Jijabai Technological
Institute’
Select the ‘Payment category’ (e.g. Fees PhD First Year Open Reserve/
Non Sponsored)
On next screen Entre Name, Date of Birth, ID No
Select appropriate Branch (e.g. Civil, Mechanical etc.)
Proceed as instructed and Click on ‘Submit’
On next screen verify details and click on ‘Confirm’
You will be taken to payment gateway
Select appropriate payment mode
Check the charges/commission applicable for selected ‘Mode of
Payment’
Follow instructions to Print Challan (2 copies) and pay at any branch of
SBI Bank in Cash/DD
OR
Pay ‘online’ using Internet Banking / Credit / Debit card
Print receipt and keep for record / Submit copy at Department.
*Write your ‘Serial No.’ in place of ‘State Merit No.’ during online
fees payment
