land are ratified by the four cardinal points.

In view of the foregoing and in order to have more elements of conviction, I express the data
referred to in Article 925 of the Code of Civil Procedures in force in the State:

THEREFORE, I WILL NOW EXERCISE THE FOLLOWING:

RIGHTS

1.- You are competent to hear this voluntary jurisdiction proceeding based on Articles 144
and 145 section I of the Organic Municipal Law of the State of Oaxaca.

2.- The procedure to be followed in the present survey and demarcation is that of
Voluntary Jurisdiction, as established in Article 883 of the Code of Civil Procedures in force
in the State.

3.- Norman the procedure is governed by sections 923, 926, 927 and other relative and
applicable provisions of the Code of Civil Procedures in force in the State.

For the foregoing reasons.

be so kindly requested.

FIRST.-Weare requesting the survey and demarcation of our property described above.

SECOND.-Notificationof the present survey and demarcation is to be given to the

neighbors indicated in the present document.

THIRD.- I am deemed to have been notified as domicile to receive notifications and

agreements.

FOURTH.- A date and time is set for the proceeding of the survey and demarcation.

FIFTH.- That once the survey and demarcation proceeding has been carried out, a certified
copy of the same be provided to me, upon payment of the fees, the foregoing based on
Article 61 of the Procedural Code in force in the State.
