TOP NEEDS
This DTM round is a rapid needs assessment conducted
from 2-11 March 2022, to better understand the needs and
gaps and prospects of return of IDPs inside and outside
evacuation sites. IOM covered 171 areas inside and outside
evacuation centres across 15 municipalities in the provinces of
Dinagat Islands, Southern Leyte and Surigao del Norte, as a
sample dataset from the total displacement. The key
informants are camp managers, local government
Shelter Food Livelihood
representatives and IDP heads of households.
