1. Improves overall health 2. Provides food security

3. Reduce food waste 4. Preserves green spaces

1. community garden is a piece of land gardened
or cultivated by a group of people individually or
collectively.

2. Indoor gardening can be something as simple

as growing plants in a pot or two, to more
elaborate setups growing different types of
vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers.
3. Containers Gardens - is a method of growing plants in
containers, rather than planting them in the earth outside.
Container gardening allows gardeners to have more control
over important growing conditions like sunlight, moisture,
and temperature.

4. Raised bed gardening - involves growing plants

in soil that is higher than the ground. You can most
commonly do this with some type of enclosure or
frame made of wood, stone, or even repurposed
material like old dressers.
5. Vertical Garden - is a system for vertically growing plants via
structural support rather than horizontally in a plot of land. It is a
special kind of urban gardening suitable to small spaces,
particularly for decorating the walls and roofs in various styles.

6. Rooftop Gardening - is a collection of container plants that home

gardeners or landscapers keep on the rooftop of a flat building—often
an apartment building.
7. Hydroponic Gardening - is a method for growing plants without soil.
Plants grown hydroponically do not sit in soil but rather in a growing medium
that transfers water and a nutrient solution to the plant roots.
