Greetings! I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of the Inter-Fraternity/ Sorority
Council of CDO (IFSC-CDO) who is passionate about preserving and improving our local community.
We are excited to express our sincere intention to adopt and maintain CDO River Boulevard located in
Burgos St., CDO.

It has come to our attention that CDO River Boulevard is in need of attention and care to ensure its
ongoing beauty and functionality. As citizens who deeply value green spaces, we believe that adopting
and maintaining this park will not only benefit the local residents but also contribute to the overall well-
being and happiness of our city.

Outlined below are some key reasons why adopting and maintaining CDO River Boulevard is important
to us:

1. Preserve Natural Beauty: CDO River Boulevard offers a serene and natural environment for residents
and visitors alike. By adopting and maintaining the boulevard, we aim to preserve its natural beauty,
ensuring that future generations can admire and enjoy its greenery and trees.

2. Promote Community Engagement: The boulevard provides a space for our community to come
together, connect, and engage in various activities. By taking responsibility for CDO River Boulevard, we
envision creating a vibrant and inclusive space where community members can gather for picnics, sports

3. Enhance Safety and Security: With our commitment to maintaining the boulevard, we will strive to
ensure its cleanliness, repair damaged infrastructure, and regularly inspect for any safety concerns. Our

4. Environmental Stewardship: Adopting the boulevard aligns with our vision of promoting

ecological balance within the boulevard.
5. Collaborate with Local Authorities: We recognize that adopting and maintaining a park is a

6. Leading by Example: As we set high standards for the organizations embodying the IFSC-CDO, we
would like to empower them and lead as an example. Empowering others to enable them to reach their
full potential and leading by example inspires others to follow suit, making the IFSC-CDO an exemplar
of excellence and leadership.

In order to proceed with the adoption and maintenance process, we kindly request your guidance and
support in outlining the necessary steps and requirements. We are prepared to commit our time, resources,
and dedication to this endeavor, and we would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and discuss
