provide food for birds, animals as well as human beings. Cows, goats and other herbivorous animals also
eat leaves. We all need trees in order to live. Trees are the best friends of humanity. They have a way of
refreshing the eyes and bringing peace to the mind. During rainy days, soil erosion is prevented with the
help of trees. Sadly, people cut down billions of trees every year so they can build shopping malls,
restaurants and houses for their comfortable life. The survival of human beings and other species of
animals is not possible without the existence of trees and plants on earth.
