Adumaadan simply means “People of color, allow yourself to

Shine and Prosper”

Toks Browne as he’s known among his Nigerian

contemporaries was among the first four fine art graduates of
the University of Benin, Nigeria in 1979. His works reflect his
graphic design background having worked as an Art Director in
advertising in the early to mid 1980s.

In 1988, he re-located to the UK. Where he is an active

advocate for using art in the healing of the human mind and
body. He is the originator of ‘Art for the Soul’ which he describes
in his own words: “The more we engage with diverse mediums
to create and empower the human mind with skills to express
the wonderful artistry of illusion, the more lucid our ability to
detox ourselves of self inhibiting thoughts and emotional
baggage”.

Success Story

During an exhibition,a lady spoke about the

artwork changing the perspective she had of
herself as a black woman , this is one of the
feedbacks we love getting, it shows that our
art pieces are not just colors on canvas,
they heal trauma too.

the people.

● Out door yoga , we have a very serene area with

birds and nature .

● A visit to a rehabilitation center.
