JOB OPPORTUNITIES – DG Khan Plant

Production, QC, HSE, WHRP & Mining

1. Fauji Cement Company limited, requires dynamic and experienced individuals for the following
vacant posts at DG Khan Plant.
Deputy Manager (Production)
a. B.E / B.Sc (Chemical Engg) – PEC Recognized
b. Age: 30 – 45 years
c. Min 08 or above years of experience in pyro process (Kiln area) of cement Plant. Having
experience dealing with multiple fuels (Alternate Fuel & local coal).
Assistant Manager (Quality & Control)
a. M.Sc (Analytical / Applied / Inorganic Chemistry) – HEC Recognized University
b. Age: 30 – 45 years
c. Min 03 or above years of experience in QC Dept of cement industry as Chemist. Must have
Knowledge of XRF, XRD and other Testing & Lab equipment.
Assistant Manager (Environment)
a. MSc (Environment Sciences) or B.E / B.Sc (Environmental Engg)
b. Age: 28 – 45 years
c. Min 03 or above years of experience in Environment Monitoring & Compliance. Strong
understanding of National & International standards and Environmental approvals.
Assistant Manager (Health & Safety)
a. B.E / B.Sc (Chemical Engg with NEBOSH / IOSH certification)
d. Age: 28 – 45 years.
e. Min 03 or above years of experience in HSE Dept of Cement / Process industry / Power
Plants.
Technical Officer (Boiler) – WHRP
a. Min DAE (Mechanical) preferably B.Tech (Mechanical)
b. Age: 28 – 45 years.
c. Min 05 or above years of experience in Boiler’s Operation & Maintenance. Preferably in
Waste Heat Recovery of Cement Plant.
d. 1st / A - Class Boiler certification is must.
Technical Officer (Turbine) – WHRP
a. Min DAE (Mechanical) preferably B.Tech (Mechanical)
b. Age: 28 – 45 years.
c. Min 05 or above years of experience in Steam Turbine Operations & Maintenance.
Technical Officer – WHRP Operations (Mechanical / Electrical)
a. DAE (Mechanical / Electrical).
b. Age: 28 – 45 years.
c. Min 05 years & above experience in Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant preferably in
Cement Industry. Managing its routine operations and maintenance including Boiler &
Turbine. Additional experience on combine cycle power Plant will be an advantage.
d. 3rd / C - class boiler certification
CCR Operator (Kiln, Raw Mill & Cement Mill)
a. Min qualification: DAE (Chemical)
b. Age: 28 – 45 years.
c. Min 08 or above years of experience in Cement industry as CCR Operator in
Production Dept for Kiln, Vertical Roller Mills for Coal, Raw and Cement.
Technical Officer (Mining)
a. Min qualification: DAE (Mining)
b. Age: 28 – 45 years.
c. Min 08 or above years of experience in Cement industry as Technical Officer (Mining)
managing quarry operations.
 Surveyor (Mining)
a. Min qualification: DAE / FSc with certification as Surveyor.
a. Age: 20 – 35 years.
b. Min 05 years & above experience in cement industry as Surveyor (Mining/Quarry).

2. Candidates with experience in Cement industry will be preferred.
