• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance by preparing Quality Matrix and Quality Leading Indicator
• Conduct Pre-Inspection Meeting with client and vendor
• Review and select WPS for every project involved.
• Prepare audit plan for every project involved
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with project managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Ensure the right practice and technique by the welding during welding.
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements by preparing NCR, TQ or Quality Alerts.
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
• Prepare planning schedule with the 3rd. party for NDE such as RT, DPT, MPT and UT as per joint design efficiency.
• Conduct quality program for every campaign.
• To coordinate inspector for any inspection activity respect to the approved ITP.
