 Role & Responsibility

 Provide HVAC training as per company profile and requirements for employees.
 Provide training for Vapor compression cycle, HVAC operation and maintenance procedure etc.
 Develop HVAC check list for maintenance, equipment’s inspection checklist and maintain the record for
future reference.
 Training delivers all type of HVAC Systems in Milling, Silo, Flour Packing and all MCC Rooms.
Maintenance of all HVAC Systems like Package units, Chiller, Ductable, FCU, AHU, DX unit and spite unit.
 Responsible for deliver HVAC training in easy and good methods in classroom & practical area.
 Troubleshooting and replacement of Compressor training.
 Troubleshooting and overhauling of Condenser motor fan.
 Troubleshooting of all Electrical problems, sensor, relay, and mechanical problem like Leakage find
out, Breezing, gas charging.
 Provide the training for Welding procedure specification (WPS), DPT test for chilled water weld join and
Hydrotest for newly weld joint.
 Complies with the ASHRAE and NFPA guidelines for HVAC.
