The field of architecture is expanding, especially as technology and design advance.
Professionals are using a variety of advanced learning and design techniques to create stunning
structures. But what really matters is how the building serves its purpose and functions, not
how beautiful it appears. There is a structure or building in China that serves as an architectural
declaration of China's belief in its potential to become one of the most powerful nations in the
world. It serves a variety of purposes and is advantageous to both China and its citizens.

Shanghai, the largest city in China and a major financial center, is where you can find the
Shanghai Tower. The historical sites The Bund, City God Temple, and Yu Garden, as well as the
expansive Lujiazui skyline, numerous skyscrapers, and important institutions like the Shanghai
Museum and the China Art Museum, make Shanghai a highly-liked tourist destination. China's
highest structure, the Shanghai Tower, offers various prospects for employment and economic
prosperity for its residents. The skyscraper has 121 stories and rises 632 meters into the air.
Midway through 2016, it began to operate. This spiral-shaped tower has "sky lobbies,"
entertainment options, retail stores, a conference center, and luxury accommodations. It
features a corkscrew shape, and two glass skins surround the nine cylindrical interior sections.
It is currently the second-tallest structure in the entire globe. On the 118th story, the
observation deck is the tallest in the entire world. The visitors and tourists can enjoy the view
and ambiance in the sky deck. Being the largest building in China, this tower must-have features
that are beneficial to everyone. The Shanghai Tower was built by engineers to be one of the
most environmentally friendly tall structures in the world. Shanghai Tower is a global
environmental pioneer thanks to its intended energy usage reductions of up to 54%. The
second layer that has been wrapped around the skyscraper functions as insulation and lowers
the amount of energy needed to heat and cool the structure, making it more environmentally
friendly than other structures in the world. According to the ICE group, the 25,000 2.14-meter-
long panels that make up the curtain wall's rationale for winning the world's most sustainable
award also contain double-glass windows, which cut the carbon impact by 34,000 tons
annually. Smart control systems that monitor electric use and produce annual energy cost
savings of $556 000 are also incorporated into the Shanghai Tower.

Why is Shanghai Tower so powerful? Despite a power outage, the weight's massive
permanent magnets aid to create Eddy currents in the copper plates, creating a magnetic field
that acts in the opposite direction from the weight to create a contactless braking action.
Shanghai Tower is not just a building for aesthetic and tourist destinations in China. It benefits
thousands of people in China and is helpful for the country’s economic status. Aside from it
providing living, work, and recreation facilities for up to 16,000 people at a time, it makes China
more successful and known around the whole world. It is one of the prides of China.
