SYNOPSIS -3
TITLE OF THE PROJECT
SELF-SUSTAINABLE FLOATING CITIES
(MODULAR UNITS).
PROJECT INTRODUCTION
By 2050 ,90% of the major cities in the world are going to be
dealing with rising sea levels.
Today ,3 million people are already permanently living on the
sea ,so I thought could we actually imagine all of the
sustainable development goals of UN into a whole human
made eco-system & of course the design should be in such a
way that the city produce its own power, harvesting the
thermal mass of the oceans ,the force of tides of currents of
the waves ,the power of the wind & energy of the sun also
collecting all the rainwater on the archipelago & deal with it
Organically & mechanically by storing and cleaning it.
AIM OF THE PROJECT
To develop eco-system on surface of the water & of course the
design should be in such a way that the city produce its own
power, harvesting the thermal mass of the oceans ,the force
of tides of currents of the waves ,the power of the wind &
energy of the sun also collecting all the rainwater on the
archipelago & deal with it Organically & mechanically by
storing and cleaning it.
