CIRCULAR

Sub: Facility of “NTPC Project Snehal: Counseling Services from trained psychologists” for all
NTPC employees and their family members as well as PRMS beneficiaries and their Spouses

This is in continuation to the NTPC Circulars dated 01.03.2023, 05.04.2023, 12.06.2023 and
10.07.2023 regarding “Snehal – Counseling services for emotional wellbeing and mental health
for NTPC employees and their family members, as well as for PRMS beneficiaries and their
spouses.”

The services are open for the period 07.11.2022 to 06.11.2023, and the details are shared
below.

Benefits of the Snehal Program

 The services under Project Snehal are available 24*7, is completely confidential and free-
of-cost.

 Counselling may be taken on a wide array of issues such as --- anxiety, depression,
parenting, eat or sleep disorders, trouble coping with office/studies/relatives/society,
domestic and marital issues, and other personal matters.

 In addition to the above, the PRMS beneficiaries may seek counselling assistance on post
retirement issues, loneliness, stress, health issues, geriatric troubles, family matters etc.

 Apart from counselling, facilities related to – self-assessments, videos, webinars and

articles written by experts are also available under SNEHAL.

Easy Way to avail facilities in case of Urgency/Emergency

Step 1 - Make a phone call on the toll-free number - 1800 258 8999 / 1800 258 8121
Step 2 – Mention the Company’s name (i.e., NTPC), Employee Number, Your Name and
Relationship
Step 3 – State your problem, share your preferred appointment time and you will get a
call back from the Counselor.

Alternate Way to avail facilities (the regular method)

All NTPC employees on the rolls of the Company are pre-registered. Only logging in is
required for which steps given below may be followed:-

 Goto the website – www.1to1help.net

 Sign Up/Log in with following credentials - Username - <ntpc official email id> and
Set Password
 Click and you are registered.

How to register family members?

 After logging on the website, go to MY PAGE
 Click on Invite Family Members
 A form will appear which is requited to be filled in by the employee on behalf of the
family member.
 Submit and the family member gets registered.
 An email is automatically sent to the family member to access his/her page.

How to avail Counselling Facilities?

 After logging on the website, go to SERVICES and choose the mode of counselling.
 Request for a Counselling appointment

Note: 1to1help.net is also available as MOBILE APPLICATION on Android mobile phones.

At any point of time, allotted counsellors may be changed upon request. Entire process
will remain confidential between 1to1help.net and the individual.

All NTPC employees and their family members are encouraged to avail the SNEHAL facility and
take help of experts/counsellors in easing out psychological issues.
