 LEARNING ACTIVITY N° 01

This report will present the dialogue prepared by group number nine according to the
rubric of guidelines established by the Certus institute.

SCENE 1

Description:

Jeremy: Hi my name es Jeremy Isaias Rojas Yupton.

Brenda: Hi Jeremy my name is Brenda nice to meet you.

Jeremy: Nice to meet you too

Brenda: How are you?

Jeremy: All good and you?

Brenda: All calm, with tasks

Jeremy: Ohh… I understand

Jeremy: Where do you live Brenda?

Brenda: I live in Sjl how about you?

Jeremy: I live in Santiago de Surco

Brenda: Ohh… cool, how old are you?

Jeremy: I am 22 years old and you?

Brenda: I am 24 years old.

Jeremy: What do you do on your free time?

Brenda: Well, I love to read books. Fiction, non-fiction, you name it. Reading is my
escape from reality, and it's how I unwind after a long day.

Jeremy: Ohh… interesting

Jeremy: That sounds great! What do you do for fun?

Brenda: Besides reading, I'm really into hiking and exploring the outdoors. Nature is so
soothing, and there's nothing like a good hike to clear my mind and get some exercise.

Jeremy: Ohh… amazing, I prefer it too hiking is awesome! What else do you like to do
on your spare time?
 Brenda: I'm also a bit of a foodie. Trying out new restaurants and cooking different
cuisines at home is another hobby of mine. It's a delicious way to spend my free time.
How about you?

Jeremy: I enjoy playing musical instruments. I'm a guitarist, so I often jam with friends or
just strum away to relax. It's a great way to express myself and have fun.

Brenda: Ohh… gorgeous!!!

Jeremy: By the way, Brenda, I wanted to ask you: what time do you usually start work at
your job?

Brenda: Well, I usually start my workday at 8:30 in the morning. I come in and check my
emails, I also schedule appointments with patients, make sure everything is okay. I
manage a dental radiology center.

Jeremy: That's interesting! I didn't know that, and at what time does your workday end?

Brenda: At half past six in the evening. What about you, Jeremy, what time do you start
your workday?

Jeremy: I usually start work at 7 a.m. I'm a developer in logistics. I'm a developer in
logistics, so I spend a lot of time coding and troubleshooting. It's a little more flexible
when I start, but mornings are usually when I'm most productive.

Brenda: Ohh… great!

Jeremy: Well, it was great chatting with you. Have a wonderful day!

Brenda: Okey see you later.

SCENE 2
Description: Ronald and Johanna are two young men who live in different places.
However, both were on their way to the Real Plaza shopping center, when
suddenly they coincide in the same clothing stand and the following conversation
begins.

Ronald: Hello, my name is Ronald Ramos Arenas.

Johanna: Hi Ronald, I'm Johanna, nice to meet you.

Ronald: Nice to meet you Johanna. And tell me how old are you?

Johanna: Actually I'm 22 years old and you?

Ronald: I am 24 years old. And tell me, how are you?

Johanna: I'm calm and starting again the beginning of classes.

Ronald: Waooo...how fast you came back from vacation.

Johanna: Yes, time goes by very fast. And tell me where are you living now?

Ronald: Now I'm living in San Juan de Lurigancho, an area with a lot of population. And
you?

Johanna: Ahh yes you are right. I am living in Villa Maria del Triunfo.

Ronald: Oh great! And what do you like to do the most?

Johanna: I play sports, I like volleyball a lot. And you Ronald, what do you like to do in
your free time?

Ronald: Ahh I usually like to watch real life documentaries on the internet.

Johanna: Ohh... interesting what you tell me. Although I often feel that I have more
ability for outdoor activities.

Ronald: Ahh I see what you mean. On the other hand, I rarely go out of my house, I use
my free time to rest. hahaha

Johanna: Waooo...you are right, surely the day must end the week very exhausted. By
the way, what is your current occupation?

Ronald: Well, I convert cars to natural gas, so I almost always end up tired every day.
And what time do you wake up for work?

Johanna: Ohh... I get up at four in the morning because I'm often a procrastinator and I
can't be late for work.

Ronald: Ohh...sure sure...Well Johanna it was nice to talk to you again after a while.

Johanna: You too Ronald, I hope you are doing great. Take care, see you soon.
