Pan

Ingredients:
½ cup of water
5 gloves of garlic
Pepper
3 Egg
1 Onion
2tbsp of Magic sarap
3 pinch of salt
3 tomato
2 fish ( Tilapia )
Procedure:
Step1
Season tilapia with 1 sachet of magic sarap. Pan fry in oil until golden brown. Drain and set
aside in a plate. (15 mins)
Step2
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion and tomato. Pour water and
simmer. (5mins)
Step3
Stir in beaten egg and season with 1 sachet of magic sarap. Stir in scallions. Pour sauce on top
of fried fish and serve. (5mins)

use, Steven did the cooking, Reycelyn and Keana did the plating, and Cedrick Rhio Loujean
cleaned and washed our dishes and cooking utensils and jeurain is our documentary writer.
Im satisfied to what did they do when are cooking, I saw they effort and we enjoy it, and I am
satisfied because we were able to cook well and there were no problems.
