Stone paper production line construction project

In the process of human social and economic development, a large amount of fossil energy is consumed. In the 100 years of
the 20th century, mankind consumed 265 billion tons of coal and 142 billion tons of petroleum, and emitted a large amount
of greenhouse gases, which increased the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to nearly 400 mg/l up to now
from 300mg/l at the beginning of the 20th century. Because human beings emit excessive greenhouse gases, mainly carbon
dioxide, to the atmosphere, which leads to the greenhouse effect and global warming. Over the past century, the global
average surface temperature has risen by 0.74 C and sea level has risen by about 0.17m, which has caused frequent extreme
weather and climate events in the past 50 years. With this development, it is expected that in the next 20 years, the
temperature will rise at a rate of about 0.2 degrees Celsius every 10 years. Global warming clearly threatens the global
ecological balance. In order to prevent the adverse effects of climate warming on human survival and ecosystems, the
international community has formulated the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (formally entered into
force on 21 March 1994) and the Kyoto Protocol (formally entered into force on 16 February 2005), emphasizing that human
beings should reduce and increase the emissions of greenhouse gases, mainly carbon dioxide, into the atmosphere. In
addition, the removal of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere can stabilize the concentration of greenhouse gases in the
atmosphere, slow down the rate of climate change and avoid irreversible negative impacts on human and natural ecosystems.
Thus, the social and economic development model with low carbon economy as its basic connotation has been put on the agenda.
Chapter III. Product Analysis

The main raw materials of stone paper are calcite and polyethylene, without adding
plasticizer and other toxic and harmful substances.

Compared with the traditional wood pulp paper, the stone paper production process does
not need water, no cutting trees, no waste water, waste gas and solid waste emissions,
the production process is environmentally friendly;

With waterproof, moisture-proof, tear resistant, folding resistant, moth proof, can
directly contact with food and other excellent performance.

Stone paper can be used to replace cultural paper, industrial paper, packaging paper and
other aspects. It is an environmental protection material recognized by international
standard.
Due to the addition of a large amount of inorganic mineral powder, after 10 months to 12
months of sunshine and rain, stone paper material can be embrittled and returned to the
earth by itself without causing secondary public hazards. If the recycled stone paper
material is fed into the incinerator for incineration, a small amount of harmless resin
will not produce black smoke or toxic gas after incineration, and the remaining inorganic
mineral powder can be reused or reused.

The stone paper material does not need water in the manufacturing process, and can be
regenerated after use, and the burial or incineration process will not cause secondary
hazards.

Granulation process : Caco3 powder,HDPE/LDPE, PP and additives are mixed in a certain
proportion and then processed by high pressure mixing, extrusion, hot cutting, cooling and air
separation to produce stone paper masterbatch with uniform appearance;
Casting process:heating stone paper masterbatch to molten state, extruding from "t" shaped die
head in the form of thin sheet. After a series of unidirectional stretching, cooling, setting,
thickness measurement and surface treatment, to produce stone paper base paper. The thickness
of the material produced by this process is 80 μ M-500 μ M;
Coating process: The stone paper base paper can be rolled up after corona, leveling, positive
and negative double-sided coating and calendering treatment, and different specifications of
stone paper can be obtained;
Coating liquid process : A variety of inorganic superfine powder, water-soluble latex,
synthetic latex and additives are fully stirred and mixed to form stone paper special coating
liquid, which is used in the production of coating process;
Slitting and cutting process: the stone paper material produced by
the above process will be cut into the required common flat sheet
products;
Printing process : the stone paper material produced by the above
process is printed by rotary offset press and gravure printing
machine;
Crushing and regeneration process : after crushing the waste or
unqua l if ied products produced in each process, a certa in
proportion of them are backfilled into the granulation process to
realize the whole production process without solid waste.
Chapter VI. Stone paper Equipment

Grinding process
The ca lc ite after wash ing and
crushing is further crushed and
ground into u ltra-f ine heavy

meshes. Its average particle size
can reach 5-8 micron. After grading
and screening, it is sent out to
the silo by air.
Granulation process
After surface activation of gr inded
calcium carbonate powder, it is mixed

of high temperature and high pressure
conditions and catalysis of organ ic
additives, the process of mixing and
granu lat ion i s comp leted, and the

dispersibility is produced.
Paper making process
Through tape casting process,
the material is formed by mixing,
compression and extrusion once,
an d th e pr o d u c e d s ub s t r a t e is
coated on both sides, forming a
fine surface su itable for ink
printing, which can display the
printing pattern more perfectly.

This product can be used as


cover paper and handbag paper for
various books and magazines. It
can ach ieve waterproof effect
without covering.
Paper making process
Through casting with three-layer co-
extrusion, the material was mixed, compacted
and extruded once. The die was three-layer
co-extrusion structure. The middle layer was
calcium carbonate high-filling base material
layer, and the inner and outer layers were
pure polyethylene layer.

This product can be widely used in the


production of plastic absorption process,
and can be processed into disposable lunch
boxes, plates and so on. It can also be made
in t o w a t erpr o o f p a ck a g in g b ox e s b y
corrugating.
Coating process
The paper leveling, corona,
coating, drying, calendering
and other processes can be
rea l ized in one step by a
