This Office issued DM No. 134, s. 2023 titled “Call for Applications for School Year 2023-2024” jast April 14, 2023. The schedule of recruitment and selection was enclosed in the said Memorandum. The said schedule coincides with the activities of the SDO; hence, this Office announces the change of the schedule. 2. The new schedule of selection activities is as follows: 2.1 Orientation of Applicants May 30, 2023 730 a.m. ~ 12:00 noon Venue: Marcelo H. Del Pilar National High School 2.2 Demonstration Teaching June 6, 2023 ‘Time and Venue: To be announced during the orientation and to be emailed to applicants by the HRMPSB sub-committees for elementary, JHS, and SHS. 2.3 Assessment of Non-Classroom Observable Indicators (NCOIs) June 6, 2023 Venue: same venue as the that of the demonstration teaching Time: 1:30 p.m. ~ 2:30 p.m. 3. The names and positions of observers, preferably School Heads, Head Teachers, and Master Teachers, shall be encoded on the same link for the Comparative Assessment Result, The observers shall also act as the evaluators of the Teacher Reflection Form (TRF), the tool for the assessment of NCOIs. The PSDSs and EPSs shall oversee the conduct of the demonstration teaching and assessment of NCOIs in their respective districts and areas of specialization respectively. 5. In adherence to the engaged time-on-task policy of the Department, the school heads are enjoined to assign substitutes for the Master Teachers who will be participating in the selection activities. 6, The HRMPSB sub-committees for elementary, Junior HS, and Senior HS, are enjoined to email to their respective applicants the copy of this Memorandum as well as the application codes of applicants and the schedule of their demonstration teaching and assessment of NCOIs. 7. Division HRMPSB Members, Sub-committee chairs and members, select observers of demonstration teaching, TRF evaluators, and teacher applicants are advised to refer to DepEd Order 7, s. 2023 titled “Guidelines on Recruitment, Selection, and Appointment in the Department of Education” for the guidelines on assessment of classroom and non-classroom observable indicators. 8.
