Introduction:
A teacher is a hard profession not just because you
continue studying even though you graduated, it is
because it requires a lot of time and energy just to give
their students knowledge to prepare them for their
future. It consumes a lot of their time and energy due to
how much work is needed to be done. It made them busy
many times, so busy that they sometimes forgot to
maintain a healthy body every time. In this research we
will ask 5 different teachers about their sleep
management, eating habits, and physical activities to
know how their lifestyle is, is it still healthy or did they
maintain a healthy body during their time of being a
teacher.
Result:
We asked 5 different teachers with 5 simple questions
about their sleep management, eating habits and
physical activities.

According to our survey, teachers sometimes suffer from

difficulty in sleeping; they follow a consistent sleep
schedule but it might not be followed due to much work
that needs to be done so they stay up late to finish those;
staying up late is usual to teachers so some teachers
drink coffee in the evening to stay alert and awake but
they are some that still don't drink coffee in the evening;
they don't get enough sleep many times but sometime
they manage to get some good and enough sleep; they
use electronic devices before going to sleep often
because they use it so that they can finish their work but
they are still don't use those before sleeping; some still
manage to eat 3 times a day but others don't; they are
still mindful drinking 8-11 glass of water a day but others
don't; they also still considered the food that they're
eating were healthy; they sometimes pay attention to
portion control while they are eating but others don't;
they are some who drink alcohol and sugary beverages
often, others sometimes and other people don't; they
exercise sometimes but some people don't; even though
they don't exercise, they still do physical activities which
are beneficial to them; some of them have medical
conditions or physical limitations that affect their ability
to be physically active; they enjoy exercising or doing
physical activities sometimes even though it is very tiring;
some of them get motivation from family or friends to do
physical activities but others don’t.
Conclusion:
Based on the data we have gathered, the majority of the
respondents have trouble sleeping and they lack sleep
due to many works to finish. Due to lack of sleep, they
need to eat and drink so that they can get energy for
their everyday lives which looks proportional to me
because if you lack sleep, you need to eat because you
need energy. Some of them drink sugary beverages or
drinks with caffeine to gain energy but some don't. Some
of them still exercise but most don't perhaps because
they don't have enough time to do it. But even though
they don't get to exercise, they still do physical activities
which are beneficial to them and enjoyable even though
it is very tiring. Being a teacher is not an easy job, it
requires a lot of time, effort and energy just to give
knowledge to their students. So we need to thank them
for what they are doing for all of us. They sacrifice their
time and energy for us. They sacrificed so much that they
forget to maintain their body healthy just to teach us.
