Healthy Lifestyle for

students.
A healthy lifestyle is important  for
students  not only for their body but for
their mind too. By living a healthy
lifestyle they will be fit and they are  able
to do things  in a better way,they can get
better memory and alertness. There are
certain ways to get a Healthy lifestyle.

Eating healthy 
It  is a very important way. They should
have to  follow a diet plan which contains
all the essential minerals, carbohydrates,
calcium, protein, fibres etc. By following
this they can do more work than their
capacity without getting tired, They can
take part in any event organised by
school.
Exercise regularly 
Doing exercise regularly makes
their body more active so they can
take part in co- curricular activities
and sports.

Staying hydrated
To keep their body hydrating they
should drink up to 6 or 8 glasses of
water a day. Drinking lots of water
improves concentration and  they can
feel energetic and they can do their
work at a fast pace.
Sleep on time

  Students must keep one thing in their


mind “Early to bed early to rise makes a
man healthy and wise”.So they should
sleep early and wake early. They must take
eight hours of sleep to stay healthy. By
following this routine they can get ready
for their work early and focus on their
task.

Negative impact of Unhealthy


lifestyle -

Nowadays irregular sleep pattern is


the most common problem among
students. They can suffer from
anxiety, depression, tiredness, lack
of Concentration in studies etc.
