Aarbee Structures, is a very good platform that exposes individuals to the vast field of steel
structure designing and detailing.

The major goal of our company is to provide good quality work in steel structure construction.
The idea and skill required for this is just some basics of civil

The campus selection process consists of 2 major part,

•)The written test
•)Technical and HR interview

•)The written test is just a checker for your knowledge in basics of civil engineering, with
simple questions on the load distribution theory, the CG calculation and the Shear and moment
distribution calculations.
All that the company needs, is to know whether the applicants have the basics with them
irrespective of the answers being correct or not.

•) Technical and HR interview is all about how good you potray yourself in terms of ur
communication and knowledge. The interviewer will have basic questions related to IS
standards and some standard terms used in construction works, and some tricky questions
regarding the isometric viewing of structures, just to check your imagination and understanding
skills.

And to keep it up to the mark, please do have some basic company information too. The
confidence and genuineness you radiate when answering, is a major check point.

I had a great opportunity to participate in the campus placement process of Aarbee Structures,
and it was a good experience. The selection process consisted of two stages, beginning with an
offline written. Once shortlisted, I was invited for an personal interview where I was asked
questions related to my field of structural designs and isometric projections and drafting skills
and problem-solving scenarios.

Aarbee Structures' selection process was rigorous, but it provided a fair chance for candidates
to showcase their skills and competencies. Ultimately, I was fortunate to be offered a position,
and i thank the placement department especially Mr Sathyendra bhat sir and mr glenson toney
for their support in guiding me and giving necessary training to crack this job offer
The students have to focus more on structural subjects of civil engineering such as Strength of
materials and design of steel structures
