Please see the attached ARBDSP Form 2, some clarifications lang po. Under sa physical
rating, ang pinakamataas po ay .300 at meron naglagay ng 0.140, at pinakamababa ay 1.200 at
meron naglagay ng 1.966 at 2.034.

In addition, as per SME guidelines sa FMR, pag meron ng minor defects ay FUNCTIONAL na
lang at hinde na siya FULLY FUNCTIONAL. Please see the highlighted color yellow. Salamat
