Dear RD Galela:

Greetings!

With our partnership forged under the Agrarian Reform Fund (ARF) intended to fund the Abaca Tissue
Culture Laboratory Project in Catarman, the DAR Regional and Provincial Management team requests
for a technical meeting basically to discuss the ARF Guidelines, technical and financial matters with you
and your team specifically on the Technical matters related to the Tissue Culture

A simultaneous meeting will be held with Technical Team involving the your team, DAR, NMPC and
Mayor’s Representatives with our technical team headed by ARD for Support to Operations and
Technical Assistance and Support Services (STO/TASS) Engr. Calaca and Regional Team and PARPO
Macarambon and Camiguin team.

The said conference will be held on February 21, 2023 (1:30PM-5:00PM) at Villa Paraiso Resort and
Apartelle, Mambajao, Camiguin.
