matter regarding the pricing of our catering services provided by NAGPAKABANA Multipurpose
Cooperative and the other ARBOs in Camiguin providing catering services to your office.

Over the past few months, we have observed a significant increase in the costs of raw
materials, which has placed a strain on our business operations. Therefore, we kindly request
an increase in our current pricing from Php 300.00 to Php 500.00 per person per service.

As you may be aware, the catering industry relies heavily on quality raw materials to deliver
exceptional culinary experiences to our valued customers. Unfortunately, we have recently
witnessed a substantial rise in the prices of various essential ingredients, including but not
limited to meats, vegetables, dairy products, and spices. These escalating costs have directly
impacted our ability to maintain our current pricing structure.

To continue providing the same level of service and quality that our clients have come to expect,
we find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. The proposed increase from Php 300.00 to
Php 500.00 per service will enable us to cover the rising expenses associated with raw
materials and ensure that we can sustain the excellence our customers deserve.

I assure you that we have carefully assessed the market conditions and engaged in extensive
discussions with our suppliers to explore potential alternatives. However, due to the volatile
nature of the current market, we have determined that an increase in our pricing is unavoidable.
We believe this adjustment will help us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional
catering experiences without compromising on quality.

We highly value our long-standing partnership with DAR Camiguin Provincial Office and cherish
the opportunity to serve your esteemed clients. It is our utmost priority to continue exceeding
expectations and providing a seamless experience. We trust that you understand our situation
and the necessity for this pricing adjustment.

Attached in this letter are the signatures of Chairpersons from different ARBOs in Camiguin
expressing the same request to raise catering service prices and the Joint Resolution in support
of increasing the catering prices for ARBOs in Camiguin.
