MANIFESTATION WITH MOTION TO

HOLD PROCEEDINGS IN ABEYANCE

COMPANY [the “Company”] and/or MR. _________

[“Mr. _______”], by counsel, respectfully state:

1. On 12 January 2018, the Company received a copy of the 10

November 2017 Order of this Honorable Office directing it to submit its
Permit to Operate Internal Combustion Engines, Permit to Operate Cranes
and Certificate of Electrical Inspection.

2. On 23 July 2018, the Company was able to submit the Permit to

Operate Crane/Hoisting Equipment. A copy of the Compliance with Motion
is attached as Annex “A”.

3. Unfortunately, the processing of the other documents before the

respective government offices concerned has not been completed despite the
Company’s diligent efforts. With the uncertainty of action from the said
offices, the Company has been constrained to move for several extensions of
time within which to comply with the submission of the documents.

4. Considering the foregoing, the Company and Mr. _______

humbly believe that it would be more prudent if this Honorable Office could
hold the proceedings in abeyance while the Company continues to work on
the release of the required documents.

PRAYER
 WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the proceedings for
the submission of the Permit to Operate Internal Combustion Engines, and
Certificate of Electrical Inspection be held in abeyance.

Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
