MATTER

The above matter bears reference.

We hold instructions to inform you about the progress of your case and herewith
want to set out Blackstone Law Firm's (hereinafter referred to as "our group")
intention to resign from this abovementioned case (hereinafter referred to as "this
file") as another group, from the University of Namibia's Legal Aid Clinic, for the year
2024 intends to continue with this matter.

1. Our records currently indicate that the following progress has been made on your
file:

1.1 File punched and file number obtained;

1.2 Case filed with the High Court of Namibia and case number allocated;
1.3 Pleading drafted and submitted;
1.4 Service initiated;
1.5 Return of service expected;
1.6

2. We furthermore hold instructions to inform you of our particular group's intention to

resign from the case because of the following reasons:

2.1 Our group is on the verge of entering the examination season and thereafter
proceed to graduation in which we will dissociate our relationship with both the
University of Namibia and its Legal Aid Clinic;

2.2 It will be in the best interest of this case as a whole for 2024's Legal Aid Clinic's
group to continue with this case as that particular group will be able to attach their
unconditional attention to this file and solve this matter in the most timeous, efficient
and successful manner;
2.3 Due to the time constraints faced by our group, it will merely be impossible to
attach our unconditional attention to this case and solve it in an efficacious manner.

We are wholeheartedly sorry for any inconvenience caused by our resignation, but
we can reassure you that your file will be allocated to 2024's Legal Aid Clinic group to
which such group will solve the matter in an efficacious manner.

For now, your file is halted and will be commenced by the University of Namibia's
Legal Aid Clinic in the year 2024.
