I write in reference to your legal notice dated 24/01/24 concerning the matter of Encroachment. Firstly, allow
me to express appreciation for your prompt communication on this matter.

1. On behalf of my client Sameer, I welcome the suggestion to initiate discussions to progress further in
resolving this matter with help of mediation. We are fully committed for the engaging discussion and
constructive dialogue to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
2. That we acknowledge and accept the accuracy of the clauses in your notice stating that my client has
indeed constructed a new building.
3. That it is important to note that we do not entirely agree with the facts and figures presented in clauses
b and c of your notice. There appear to be discrepancies or misunderstandings in these sections, which
we would like to discuss and clarify further with the help of mediation.
4. We want to emphasize our readiness to provide all necessary details and documentation pertaining to
my client's building. We are prepared to present any information required to address concerns or refute
any false allegations made against my client.
5. We believe that through open and transparent communication, we can effectively resolve this matter.
Therefore, we are eager to engage in discussions at your earliest convenience to move forward with the
proceedings.
