Prepare the statement of work, project cost
estimate, schedule, and other Baseline

Prepare legal contract and payment plan

Customize existing system that handles order

1.4.1 Test drones Drones need to be tested for proper operation.
The issues need to be resolved accordingly.
1.4.2 Test mobile app and order-handling system Order handling system need to be tested for
proper operation. The issues need to be resolved
accordingly.

1.5 Management and control

1.5.1 Regular meetings
1.5.2 Quality control and user training
1.5.3 Monitoring the changes
There will be regular meetings with the tech
team, the stakeholders and other areas of the
company.
User will be trained to pilot the drone and quality
assessment of drones will take place.
Changes in drone manufacturing and add on
features of drones will be monitored to keep
them within the project budget and schedule.

1.6 Closeout
1.6.1 Audit Performance Performance of the project personals and
delivery systems will be audited by external
organizations of stakeholders.
1.6.2 Close out report A closeout report on project success and phase
will be made at the end of the project.
1.6.3 Documenting – lessons learnt All the files will be documented and archived into
company storage for future reference.
