I’ve chosen for Wilmont Pharmacy a balanced matrix organization. This because Wilmont is a big company and this kind of
organization, in my opinion, is a good trade-off between the importance of the project and the cost containment. In this kind of
organization there is a full time Project manager, but he doesn’t have the full power over the other departments, and the management
of the company resources (workload, time, cost). The other department managers still have some power over the project and the staff
is not fully dedicated to the project. In this way the company can limit the project cost.
I think this is the best solution, considering the kind of company/kind of project.
