For Example :
The United Kingdom and the United States have almost the same business
culture,namely:
1) Firstly, the importance of the opinion of employees in the decision-making
process is without doubt a key characteristic of business culture in the UK and
USA: independence and autonomy are initiatives that are highly valued.
2) Secondly, both the British and Americans are shown to be somewhat
competitive within the company. In addition, workers are at ease with
unstructured, unpredictable situations.
