MEKANISME
1 ASM & AASM menentukan Second Dealer sesuai kriteria sebagai peserta, yaitu Second Dealer yang potensial
Budget dilakosikan dengan fokus kepada outlet dengan cluster big.
2 Second dealer yang dipilih adalah yang bisa membantu dominasi Sariwangi di pasar Black Tea flavoured.
(diutamakan outlet yang penjulan dengan kontribusi Teh KOMPETITOR nya besar)
3 Target 120% Vs AVG Q1 2014.
4 Setiap pembelian Sariwangi Asli toko akan mendapat incentive setelah periode berakhir dan target tercapai.
* Incentive berdasarkan jumlah pembelian Sariwangi Asli.

MEKANISME
Insentif yang diberikan apabila capai
Second Dealer atau BIG MM berupa sembako (Gula, minyak
goreng, susu tetra pack dan beras
atau voucher Seluler).

Target Weekly sales

- CLUSTRER BIG > Rp. 2,000,000.- 5.0%


- CLUSTER MEDIUM Rp. 1,000,001.- s/d Rp. 2,000,000.- 4.5%
- CLUSTER SMALL Rp. 500.000,-.- s/d Rp. 1,000,000.- 4.0%

6 Second dealer yang mencapai target mendapatkan incentive untuk membeli sembako (minyak goreng, terigu, beras dsb)
7 Periode program Juni -July 2014
8 Setiap Area menunjuk 1 D/AASM Champion di areanya sebagai contact person area
9 Monitoring penjualan dilampirkan pada saat pembelian hadiah dan dibelikan di area/distributor.
