OUR METHODS

While our test subjects play, we record data several hundred times about the way
they perform tasks, make decisions, and react to different unforeseen situations.
IT IS IMPORTANT that there are no good or bad decisions or reactions. All we aim
to achieve is to map how someone can be characterised and how this
characterisation compares to that of the most excellent co-workers. We use
algorithms during the assessment, which automatically evaluate behavior and
hence, no subjective elements distort the results. We compare the behavior of
test subjects to the results of employees working in a given position and
thousands of other persons assessed by us previously. Then we create this
analysis based on the available data.
In certain cases, just as in any other analyses, the results may not be completely
accurate – either due to the circumstances of the game or for any other reason.
Nevertheless, the test can provide a good reference point for characteristics that
are hard to assess with other methods.
