If you find out some problems in the analyzer during installation, please check the
following points.

1. The tubes of CWS, STM, RTM and ISE shouldn’t be disconnected.

Please check all the tubes connected firmly to CWS, RTM, STM and ISE. If those
tubes aren’t connected properly, air will be permeated and the result of measurement
will not be correct.

3. The tubes of WSH shouldn’t be disconnected and the screws shouldn’t be loose.

The tubes connected to WSH should be inserted deeply because if the tubes are not
inserted correctly, air will be permeated and the results of measurement will not be
correct.

4. The tubes of WSP shouldn’t be disconnected and the screw shouldn’t be loose.

The tubes connected to WSP are fixed by a screw. If the screw is loosened, the
solution and water will be leaked. Please tighten the screw carefully.

84
5. The PCBs are inserted correctly.1

Please check all the cables and connectors are firmly adjusted.

6. The cables connected to PCBs are inserted correctly.

There are a lot of cables connected to the PCBs. If those connecters aren’t connected
correctly, you cannot measure properly. Some error message will be appeared.

If you don’t use the analyzer for a long time, there is possibility that the flow pass is blocked by
alkaline detergent crystallization.
To solve the problem, please follow the below procedure if necessary.

1. In case that you don’t use the analyzer for one week.
※ We recommend to do “Special wash 1” and “Special wash 2” to clean up the
detergent lines and cells.

1) Set 30% acid in detergent position No.1 and 15% alkaline detergent in
detergent position No.2 for sample, R1 and R2 probes.
