Main objectives of project SCIL are

- Reinforce the development of creativity at school by creating a framework and a curriculum for
establishing cross-sectoral partnerships among schools and CCS
- To train teachers of secondary education on applying arts-based educational tools triggering
creativity and active citizenship
- Equip students with the necessary arts-based tools and competences to collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams and develop creative and innovative solutions around societal challenges

In order to reach our objectives we created an internet platform www.scilproject.com , in which you
can find all the information regarding the project and the partners but also all the materials created
during the project in the section outputs. One of the most valuable part of the platform is a
campaign part which is especially developed to help teachers and students to conduct a quality
campaign in all phases.

To be able to use all the advantages of SCIL platform the first thing that you need to do is to login. So
click on LOGIN button and than on Register New Account. Then fill in all the lines with your personal
information. For Participation Type and Area Of Interest you have drop-down lists. Choose a
password and repeat it. Then submit it by clicking on Register. As a registered user you will be able
to become campaign manager and run the campaign on SCIL web platform. All the campaigns have
to be created by the platform administrator so the first step is to send a request for creating a
campaign. You have to write an e-mail which has to contain the name of your campaign, a short
description of it and picture representing it, and send it to ivona@openunsubotica.rs. Once the
Campaign Administrator approve and create your campaign you will receive the mail with
confirmation and become a Campaign Manager. When you are added as a Campaign Manager after
Login in drop down menu, next to your name, you will have option Campaign Administration and by
clicking the CMS tool will open. All the necessary information regarding the usage of CMS you will
find in a Campaign drop-down menu Campaign Howto. On the right side of the name of your
campaign there is four main action and file drop-down list. Articles is used to describe all the phases
of the campaign. The campaign manager will use this option for most of his work. Option Members
is used by manager to approve new membership, to change the status from pending to member.
With Edit option you can add an area of interest and mark is the campaign Active or Finished, as
well as to Delete it. For deleting campaign you as a manager use Delete. All the files attached to
campaign can be find in this drop-down menu Files.

As I already mentioned the Articles button redirect you to all the phases of your Campaign. There is
five phases: Introduction, Planning, Implementation, Report and Result. Introduction is used to
describe the campaign details. Only the manager can add content to this phase. When Planning,
Implementation, Report phases are Active its files, comments, links are visible and can be added by
manager or other campaign member. Result is active, when the campaign is in Finished state. In all
phases you can add Edit a description of that phase, what you do, how you did it or other relevant
information. You can add a Link to URL you find useful for your campaign or different type of files:
audio, document or image which you can upload from your computer or video file by entering
YouTube embed code. You can get the embed code when you click on Share icon bellow the
YouTube video and from list of Share options choose Embed. Then form the box that appears copy
the HTML code and paste the code into the box on SCIL platform.
Hope you will find usefull this campaigning tool and that will help you in triggering creativity and
