1. Purpose:
The purpose of the document is to share the brief description of the
mentor and mentee app. It will explain the features of the app: Mentor
and Mentee interfaces and the constraints under which the app must
work. This document does describe much about the backend admin
panel, to which app is integrated for full functionality.

1.i. Scope of the project:


The scope of the project is to develop an app which connects to the
mentor and mentee through our device and fetch the data from the
mentor and mentee and upload it to the cloud.
The Mentor feature will help the mentee to teach , guide and help
shape the professional growth and learning of the mentee and to serve
as a positive role model.
The mentee feature can seek guidance and constructive feedback on
his/her professional development and career goals from the mentor.

The SDS feature will help the user to socialize which involves his
teaching pattern,with the interesting leaderboard aided with
rewards,will make the user for daily usage of the app.
The jaw dropping offers displayed in the app along with dedicated
service will make the user feel new level of service.
Nourishing U and Queries, certification/degreed courses feature with
pay online for service are add-ons which would ease user’s to reach a
high valued peak level at their career growth.

2.Features:
 The app should connect with the device of IoT/Mobile responsive
websites.
 the pages must be responsive across all mobiles and tabs such as
Android and IOS.
 The Moddle platform feature must be used for online learning
that enables the to create online courses, add assignments and
keep an eye on the mentee’s progress.
 List of open source software must be created.

 the Profile must be visible like user management, individual users
and group users.
 Profile Tags must be included.
 Next to the profile governing rules tab must be present, where it
showcase the guideline/prinicple/Policies.
 2FA (Mobile and email)
 Connection Limits should be presented.
 All calls are recorded with the option providing record feature.
 It enables to download the recording.
 Al Transcript feature is present to view and download.
 Information sharing needs to be confidentially.
 The page must all allow to communicate with the mentee and
encourage communication between them in forums and
discussions, Communication channel- Zoom or Whiteboard
facilities.
 Video session has been built for communication.
 Creating a community and Networking forum.
 The solution tab includes of referral management,CRM and
Moodle.
 Data uploading to cloud related to the assesment
 Alerts and notifications(nourishing U , assesment, certified
courses)
 Growth graph with monthly & weekly alerts
 Activity wall

3.1 Login and Registration Module:

Once the app is installed or the weblink is clicked on; the home page of
this application must be displayed with the option as
 Sign in as a mentor
 Sign in as a Mentee.
With the logo/Icon. And also in the tile bar it should have the options
like explore,Nourishing U, certified/degreed courses, chat with us.
There must be a pop up coming to show the new learning, growth
success etc. The Home page must be very innovative/creative and
attractive page so that people must not skip and want to login and see.

3.1.1 Mentor Login:


If Sign in Mentor is checked then it should ask for the USER
NAME/Email ID, PASSWORD else NEW USER or FORGOT PASSWORD.

3.1.1.a New User:


When New user is checked in it the page must be able to fill up the
profile and educational details about the mentor and then proceed with
the sign up. Once submitted it should get a pop-up that the account is
created and you could login now.

3.1.1.b Already a registered User :


If this option is clicked on by the mentor it should be logged in
successfully.
There should be the facility to track when the account was created by
the mentor, If it happens 90 days a alert notification must come to
change/reset the password.

3.1.c.i Why do you want to become a mentor?


Please provide a comment section box, so that the user can update
their comments which could be viewed by the mentee when this mentor
is assigned and also provide with submit and cancel option.

3.1.c.ii Mentorship Program


This nourishing U platform allows the mentor to learn the new upcoming
learning platform which enhances and build their coaching level.

To do this program, provide a option to login into their , google


account/facebook acoount or Linkldein account to do their learning
platform and also certified courses.

3.1.c.iii Assessment to become a mentor:


Once they complete the learning platform assessment is conducted and
they are provided with the marks obtained.

Once they are passed in the assement they could download their
certificates.

The Number of certifications what the mentor gains has to be visible to


the mentee so that the mentee could be trained by the professional

Provide a small comment box section which allows only 2000
characters so that they share their best practices in short and crispy
manner.

This mentor dashboard will showcase the learning skills of the mentor
and also the coaching given to the mentee.
It also needs to showcase where the mentor lacks.

Either Graph, Pie chart, Bar chart, column chart or digital chart.

3.1.c.vi Impact scale for the mentor:


It should show the performance level of the mentee which was trained
by the respective mentor so that it never impacts the next mentee.

3.1.c vii Implict feedback(AI Led)

3.1.c.viii Badges:
Mentors can be batched into groups to give coaching to the mentee and
also they could obtain the stars for the respective badges.

3.1.c.ix Karma Points:

3.1.c.x Sharing to social Platforms:


Mentors are allowed to share the link and adds of their learning,
coaching, nourishing platform to the social platforms to increase the
mentee counts.

3.1.c.xi Payable/Non-Payable Courses:
As per 3.1.c.ii the mentor can login to either payable or non-payable
courses.
When it is a payable courses it should be gone through 3.1.c.iii section.
When it is a non-payable courses it should be a learning practice not in
depth.

3.1.d Exisiting Offline Mentorship programs:


Where they could downoload and do their programs in offline mode.

3.1.2Mentee Login :
Replace section 3.1.1,3.1.1.a, 3.1.1.b instead of mentor as mentee.

3.1.2.i Mentee Management :


The mentee management page should have the options like
 Content
 Mentor Profiles
 Assessment of the mentees (how you can make the most important
platforms)
 Assessment (How you can scale your business, etc)
 Recommendation Engine(Q &A) to identify the mentors
 Service Request

3.1.2.ii Content:
This tab should include of the case studies and the learning phase
journery plans where mentee can opt for 30, 60, 90 days plans.

3.1.2.iii Assessment to mentee(how you can make the most important


platform )
This will be enabled once the plan is selected. After selecting the plan
they will be allowed to schedule and view the appointment of the
mentors, in order to start the learning of the mentee.

Recording option is also provided so that if the mentee has any doubt, it
could be downloaded and viewed in the offline mode.

3.1.2.iv Assessment (How you can scale your business, etc)


This should be provided with two categories to let them know about the
risk factors and the learning to start up a business and all its needs, After
they are provided with the assessment on it.

3.1.2.v Recommendation engine (Q&A) to identify the mentors.


This must be the page where it should showcase the section 3.1.2.c;
3.1.2.d; 3.1.2.e; 3.1.2.f.
It should also take the key features from the last mentorship.

3.1.2.vi Action Plan:


It should tell about the action plan (I.e for eg you have a assessment
whether its actioned or not ).
A follow up tracker is required to track the mentees progress about the
the assessment.

3.1.2.vii Progress:
It should describe about the progress of the mentee whether they have
cleared the assessment or not, whether new courses is suggested to
build their skills.

3.1.2.viii Document upload(Securely).


The documents can be uploaded through this tab which is more secured
and safe for the mentee so that only the mentor could see and identify
the flaws.

3.1.2.ix Impact scale for the mentee:
It should show the performance level of the mentee which was trained
by the respective mentor so that it never impacts his/her progress.

3.1.2.x Sharing to social Platforms:


To increase the count and to reach wider level Mentes are also allowed
to share the link and adds of their learning, coaching, nourishing
platform to the social platforms and also through referral.

3.2 On Boarding Module

Once the cusstomer registered the module They will first connect to
their google account and chose a plan( eg: 30,60,90 days) then needs to
select a confirm trial plan for free

Once the free trial plan landing page is displayed user needs to enter the
email and opt for the free templates.
The user can use the free templates after using it if they feel good they
need to sign up with the google account and they don’t need to pay for
the free trials.

Once the User is satisfied with our free trails we need to onboard the
customer which will go through the training, clicks on the help icon , it
will add to the profile window.

Customer needs to go through the training documents then click on help


icon, needs to upload a profile picture.

 Provide a option for the clicks on more


 Provide a tab to leave the feedback comments
 Create a four individual tabs for Training interface, Account settings,
Templates browser, Help center materials.
 Create a pop-up alert to shows the notification.
 Create a tab like where do I start for the new ones.
 Create a educational tab to follow easy training materials and
templates.
 Create a tab for the training video.
 If the user feels all the templates are good kindly provide a option for
downloading it.

 After downloading the first session will show the open document
button
 Then do create edit & invite button.
 Create a button like creating a document is very simple
 Create a apply templates button to apply and view how does it work.
 Create a new document button to add a n number of new document.
 Provide the option like sharing settings
 Provide the tab - templates browser to browse various templates.
 Create a button like adding a team member is also very simple
 Create the feeling of customer like eg: emoji
 Create a opportunity button where they can try for the additional
product, give the user extra credits , making the training shorter,
suggest templates straight away, review the pop-ups, introduce the
NPS for help center.
 Create a blast pop-up once the user create the the first document
template and give extra points for adding the team mates.

3.3 Service Request:


The service request/ chat with us must be present in order to raise any
type of request.
It may be of the my resources center(Strategy templates, planning tools
etc)
It may also have the accreditation.
